The AMAZING Hive & LeoFinance Push On Twitter - [Brand Building & Marketing]

avatar

twitterpush.png

I already talked about this ~3 months ago, and to tell you the truth, I didn't feel that so many of you cared about this at that point in time. It's totally fine though, we are all different and we focus on different things. @nathanmars agreed with me though, or at least with one very specific thing I mentioned:

You need to connect with people on a personal level. You need to find the "sweet spot". You need to find out what "the masses" will listen to. "WEB 3.0" and "Crypto is king!" doesn't do the trick for the average Joe or Bob. - Word Of Mouth - FLAWLESS Marketing

I have several years of brand building experience and I was able to run my own brand building business because I did things different compared to most of my competitors. The things I did not only worked like a charm, I was often able to pull in massive results because I fully understood how brand building, the way I wanted to do it, would benefit my clients more than what many of my competitors could offer them during that time. That is the reason for my success in brand building. I was unique in what I did, and even though I had great reviews, clients from all over the world and whatever, the results I got was definitely the decision maker for most of my clients.

However, I also touched on this subject in my previous "Brand Building - Know, Feel And Experience The Brand" article, and both my "Social Signals For Growth! | Twitter Marketing" and "How I Maximize Exposure For LeoFinance" relates to that same subject and what's stated within those articles are important for the overall growth, buzz, hype & rankings according to me.

This time, I will talk about our recent "Twitter Push", how we managed to do it and perhaps the most important part, why we had such an amazing success with it.

Successful Marketing

I warmed up for the coming "projectblank" and replied to a tweet. I shared that tweet on Hive using the LeoFinance interface and the only thing I asked for was a like on a tweet. That is how simple it was for us to reach new heights, build hype & put LeoFinance and Hive in front of hundreds of people.

This is what I am talking about:

tweet.png

So, with 2 retweets and only 17 likes on my tweet, (and I say only because 17 likes are nothing in comparison to what I will show you shortly), we pushed Hive and LeoFinance on Twitter and we reached 431 people with my tweet alone. The coolest part is that we saw dozens of tweets about Hive & LeoFinance from a bunch of different people. Meaning, more exposure.

Here's The Analytics From My Tweet:
tweet2.png

This is where things are getting very interesting, but I am sure that most people wouldn't be impressed by these numbers at all.. Because they aren't looking at things from the same perspective as me.

You can see that I only generated two link clicks, which means that my specific tweet didn't bring more than two people directly to LeoFinance. Two people out of 431 impressions, which basically means 431 people who saw my tweet, clicked on the tweet url. Two people came to LeoFinance because of that tweet. While I obviously understand, like the rest of you, that two people aren't worth much in terms of Ad revenue or direct growth, it still is potential new Hive/LeoFinance users. That means, a potential to get more content, more tokens distributed and staking of tokens.

What's more interesting though, is the buzz we created and the underlying brand building. We put LeoFinance on the map. We talked about LeoFinance and Hive.. People will remember hearing about it as days becomes weeks and weeks becomes months..

  • That is the true potential for growth!

tweet7.png

Never heard of LEO before this comment.

That is not due to my tweet though, and I wouldn't take credit from others work. @onealfa.leo is the man behind the tweet that generated the most likes, buzz and results.

tweet6.png

With a whopping amount of 55 retweets and 180 likes in total, @onealfa crushed it, and will receive $25 worth of LEO tokens according to CrypStreetBets. Think of my tweet again. 2 retweets and 17 likes.. 431 impressions in total. Just think of the impressions onealfa had with his tweet.

Also, some people might think that it's a waste of time and that we should ignore these specific twitter accounts due to the recent gamestop-things we've heard, because many people question the legitimacy of these twitter accounts. Many seem to believe that they are fake accounts that is just trying to take advantage over the recent hype & craziness to gain followers...

  • That's totally fine!

I don't care about this account being fake or not. It's not him specifically I am trying to get on board LeoFinance and Hive. I take advantage of the recent hype & craziness as well, but I do it in a different way than others. I use the clout to push Hive & LeoFinance in an attempt to reach the masses.

tweet5.png

2390 followers. That is a massive opportunity to reach a lot of people I wouldn't have reached otherwise. Sure, let's say that 390 people are from Hive & LeoFinance, which I doubt. That still gives us 2000 people I can reach using Twitter. I can reach these people with the use of a simple tweet...

However, if we combine our efforts, and if we work like a team, liking and retweeting each others tweets, we will have a better chance of getting traction and generating buzz.

It doesn't matter if you have only 2 followers. For each user we pitch LeoFinance and Hive, we increase our chances of gaining more followers, which leads to overall growth with time. Everything counts, as things will add up quickly. The more the merrier so to speak.

tweet3.png

By doing the things we did these few recent days, we did not only put LeoFinance on the map. We showed "the masses" that we are a strong, healthy and engaging community by showing up in numbers. United we stand, divided we fall. It's perfectly okay with promoting Hive/LeoFinance on your own, where you see fit.. But we will have better results if we are working together, as a team. As a unit. This proves that.

It even got this person to question other projects, things that he thought were "the best". We pushed LeoFinance through the roof this time, and we saw great results that will benefit us in the long haul.

Best part of this whole shebang? - Look at the number of retweets and likes on those tweets.

46 retweets & 192 likes from sceptics, non-believers, believers and crypto-enthusiasts just to name a few. That is word of mouth marketing. That is brand building in a nutshell.

A Clear Win For Hive!

tweet4.png

As LeoFinance happens to be built on Hive, our previous efforts in promoting and generating hype for LeoFinance and LEO also put Hive on the map. This is what we should be doing. Don't solely go after a billionaire, even though in theory it might take only one billionaire to make Hive thrive. Take advantage on the smaller opportunities that is lying in front of you. Promote Hive & LeoFinance where it's related and accurate. Talk about the blockchain where it fits. Work as a team and retweet & like each others tweets. That's how winning is done.

  • That is how brand building & marketing takes us to the next level.

My guess is somewhere between 50 and 85 clicks. I bet onealfa will share the details with us. :)

Anything above 50 per tweet is great isn't it?

I guess that depends on how you look at things. From my point of view, I think each click is very important, as it stands for potential growth & increased Ad revenue in the long haul. It doesn't really matter if we get 1, 10 or 100 clicks from one single tweet due to some teamwork & combined efforts pushing LeoFinance & Hive on Twitter, the number of clicks aren't as important as the work we put in. The more combined efforts, the better results with time.

I understand. You are right.

With the strength of numbers that we have , we can get out atleast 1k tweets ( minimum ) per day.

I think I helped a little on this one. :D

I got that recommended tweet because I follow @onealfa and saw your comment. I went in to check the others and saw that he had more likes so I started promoting it. There was no point in making another comment, or even retweeting the original. All the effort had to be to like @onealfa.

The promotion included:

  • 1 Discord Leofinace

  • 2 Discord 3speak

  • 3 Discord Rutablockchain

  • 4 Telegram Hive Latino (Official Hispanic Community)

  • 5 HIVE Whatsapp Groups of the Rutablockchain community and HIVE Exchange Whatsapp Group, LEO/Bolivars (FIAT)

  • 6 Twitts from the account @rutablockchain

At the time of my promotion the likes started to go up, following in the morning when more people were awake.

That is awesome. Well-done and thank you for pushing his tweet in multiple channels. This is what combined efforts can achieve. Imagine doing something like this once per day or at least 2-3 times per week..

I'm sure we'll get there eventually. This is just the beginning! :)

with this we show what we are capable of doing. It's good when someone asks a question on twitter and we all get together to answer, it shows unity and strength.

Yeah, it was an amazing thing for Hive in general, and more specifically LeoFinance.

We users can bring awareness about Hive like none other can.
We have an amazing community for that , dedicated people , users who are ready to provide incentive for promoting Hive.
It's just a matter of time before we explode.

I totally agree with that. I hope more people will spend a few seconds off-site, to like & retweet related things on Twitter. Even if they don't earn anything from those specific actions, it will benefit everyone in the long haul. It's important to understand- and remember that.

Very cool! A couple of thoughts come up, as I read this.

One of them being how this touches at the edge of the importance of niche communities. It is much easier to pitch a special interest of some kind to a groups of people whose niche you are already part of... and they are also more likely to listen and act, as well as more likely to follow someone they are familiar with.

Pitching a "general" social platform is a tougher sell... pitching a food site, a mental health site, an art site, a sports venue, a place about hobbies/antiques, a workout site... it's just a more effective approach (I feel) because you are approaching people who are already committed to their interest in that niche.

LeoFinance is a very targeted set of interests.

The other thought is that when you pitch a niche interest you are more likely to be approaching people with a built-in "niche loyalty." I watch this on Facebook... people who belong to pet/cat groups often belong to SEVERAL of them, but not necessarily to cooking or home improvement groups.

Hence, LeoFinance is also important to the entire Hive ecosystem as a "beacon" of how to create a successful niche community and draw people TO it.

=^..^=

That is very true! Just imagine if (when) we have several niche communities, like Football, NBA & various Esport communities. Along with those you already mention.. Hive will explode and LeoFinance is just the beginning. Imagine 5, 10 or even 50 "LeoFinance" communities on Hive..

The future is looking very bright! :)

I agree!

We need to have about 20-25 well-structured and well-run versions of LeoFinance, each doing their little niche thing really really well.

The bare bones of a good number of them already exists... it's just a matter of finding the right people to take the ideas and run with them.

=^..^=

I posted some days ago about how marketing is underestimated and even hated on Hive. I'm very proud of forming part of the Hive Twitter Army. Regards champ.

Marketing is definitely underestimated. And so is optimized, evergreen content. There can never be to much marketing, but to little and we're completely gone.

Well done.

I from time to time retweet Hive and Leo post too bad the retweet function from here isn't as impactful as making a native tweet.

Probably one Tweet was better then the other but usually the difference is pretty big

Great breakdown. I didn't catch onto this train until the last tweet where he said he would research hive next. I also agree with what you said. It's like a snowball effect. The way I think about it is this. What if I only ever get one person to come on hive? Now, what if that one person is another @nathanmars?

I also try not to limit my twitter account to only being an account for hive. I want to expose people to hive. Maybe they don't become interested until someone in their circle starts talking about it. Maybe at that point they will say "hey, that sounds familiar. I heard it somewhere before. Tell me more about that?"
