Stock Images Focal Point - A Collection of Hive Stock Image Highlights #68
We've got some good things happening in the background and you may have noticed the new index up. If you are an image creator you'll soon you'll be able to have more control over how people can search for your images and if you are someone wanting to use images you'll soon have easier ways to search for them, all being well.
The purpose of the Stock Images community is to bring the option for using stock images into the Hive community, where we can easily reward and support the creators of these images. Instead of using outside sources you can tag, credit and reward your fellow Hivians for their talented work of art right here on the blockchain.
It is my pleasure to present to you the following highlighted Hive Stock Image posts. They were submitted via the Stock Images Community or by using the #hivestockimages tag:
I love a nice background that allows you to add your own writing for thumbnails. Thumbnails are something we all use on Hive, so it's great to have customisable options available.
The hardest things to find images to represent are concepts, so I'm always pleased when a post comes along to fill some of these categories. These shots of what's under a microscope are great to represent science and biology.
The above photo is my absolute favourite from this set of three. This submission is a great example of choosing quality over quantity in what you share for use. While we like to see a good choice of images in a post, when looking for images most people would rather go through a select few quality ones than try to find those quality few among lots of other blurry or low quality ones.
We get a lot of nature images, so much so that not many stand out from the crowd any more. These, however, did stand out for me and show that nature is quite the artist when it comes to combining elements.
