If I can speak for myself, the week since the last evaluation has gone faster than the water in the stream under our house :-).
At this rate, I'm not surprised that some "don't have time" to read the rules of the competition. It's a shame. And it's also a shame that the potential judges, who are supposed to evaluate the competition articles, also don't have time.
Therefore, today's evaluation is fully within my competence with a little support from one judge.
