Amazing Nature Contest: Thematic Challenge - #4/11/21

(Google translate from Czech)

I looked back at a few topics and found that there had been no topic with animals for a long time. I'll have to fix it :-).

Greetings to all fans of Amazing Nature Community.

The last topic that could deal with zoology was rodents. However, no one was interested in this topic.
So I'll generalize it a bit. They become the theme for this challenge

In short, everything that runs, climbs, walks or jumps in the wild.

Do you have personal experience with encountering wild animals? Did you manage to take a picture of this meeting? Then this is a theme made for you :-).

Task for this topic:

  • take (deliver) a documentary photograph
  • identify the animal you have encountered
  • A description of how the meeting took place is a matter of course

A little inspiration for you.

Because I live near the forest, I have many opportunities to see squirrels, pheasants, sometimes I see a fox, but most often I meet deer. Unfortunately, during many attempts to take a photo, I was not quick enough to take a picture of the meeting.
However, on one walk through the forest I managed to take several photos. I'm in the habit of walking to make as little noise as possible. Plus, I was just going against the wind, so the grazing doe didn't let me down. Hiding behind a bush, I carefully pulled a cell phone out of my pocket and started a sequential scan. You can see the result of my efforts here :-)

Are you interested in this topic? Do you have a similar experience with encountering wildlife as I do? In that case, do not hesitate and write a competition article :-).

In order for everything to be as it should be, don't forget to read the competition rules as well.

How are winners selected?
The entire DNA community will vote for the winners. That's why we created a special competition channel #challenge-entries in DNA Discord (Amazing Nature Contest). Here I will publish a post with the announcement including the winners (Announcement) EVERY MONDAY together with all your contributions (Contributions) EVERY SUNDAY. Each DNA member will be able to assign a "voting emoji" under the items for 24 HOURS. In the end, the lucky winners are three of them. In case of a draw, I will join as a judge.

Note: The above channels on the DNA discord are for voting only! Do not post links to your competition articles and photos here!
