[PT-BR/EN] GUILD HIVE BR - Our First Tier 4 BRAWL!

Introduction

The HIVE BR guild is in first place among the native Portuguese-speaking guilds. We're currently at number 84 in the overall rankings, up around 30 places on last week. This is due not only to the new season starting a few days ago, but also to the return of player @michupa, one of the founders of our guild and who is back to help us grow collectively.

We currently have no more openings for new members, but if you would like to join us, the link to our Discord server is at the end of this post. We are a community formed by Brazilians within Hive, and so we don't just discuss Splinterlands, but the whole of web3 and its impact on the world, and any and all subjects that interest our members. There are hundreds of people among us and you will be very welcome there, even if you don't speak our language, as we have a specific chat for communicating in English.

Our main goal in construction has been achieved!

We've achieved our biggest goal in terms of construction, raising the Arena's level to Tier 7. Each member was free to donate as much Guild Power as they wanted, anticipating the monthly donations so that we could reach Tier 4 faster. With this, individual and collective rewards will be increased, even with a lower result than Tier 3, accelerating our evolution within the game.

Our staff carried out an analysis to reach this conclusion, collecting evidence to prove it and bringing it to all the players in our guild, engaging in a collective debate. Many liked it and supported it, committing to early donations and making the improvement happen.

Our first Tier 4 Brawl

We had an update just before our debut that favored guilds that filled all the slots over those that didn't, giving an extra win for each slot not occupied by their opponent. This is very positive for us, as all our members are present in this game mode.

We, along with other guilds, started with a 6 win advantage over those who hadn't filled their fray. But that wasn't enough for us, and we found ourselves in last place, with only 50 wins.

Still, we had two players who deserve to be highlighted. @dlacerda7 and @brunorns managed to get a good result in their respective frays, and serve as an inspiration for other players to continue evolving and seek better results in the future.

The individual reward in SPS was 47, approximately 30% higher than our best results in Tier 3, even with the poor performance. In terms of merits, the gain was slightly lower, which shows that our choice to advance to Tier 4 is sensible and correct, benefiting everyone individually.

Conclusion

We had a lot of difficulties, which is normal when we reach a new level, as we need to adapt to it and see what works best for each player. Some frays didn't fit the right way for each player, and this will be adjusted with each passing cycle until we achieve the ideal line-up. In addition, everyone will have to adapt to a higher level of competitiveness, as there are only 55 Guilds in Tier 4 at the moment, and of these, the vast majority are among the top in the game and the best positioned in the overall rankings.

The change in frays for both tiers is something that requires our players to look for higher-level cards, since we now have to deal much more with the highest league in the game, Diamond. This is something that not everyone is used to yet and will require many to learn to play in it, reshaping and refining their strategies once again.

A guilda HIVE BR é a primeira colocada entre as nativas da língua portuguesa. Atualmente estamos na posição de número 84 no rank geral, subindo cerca de 30 posições em relação a semana passada. Isso se deve, não só pela nova temporada ter se iniciado há poucos dias, como também pelo retorno do jogador @michupa, um dos fundadores de nossa guilda e que está de volta para ajudar em nosso crescimento coletivo.

Atualmente não temos mais vagas para novos membros, mas se você deseja se juntar a nós, o link para o nosso servidor no Discord estará ao final deste post. Somos uma comunidade formada por brasileiros dentro da Hive, e portanto não debatemos a respeito do Splinterlands apenas, mas sobre toda a web3 e seu impacto no mundo, e todo e qualquer assunto que cause interesse aos nossos membros. São centenas de pessoas que estão entre nós e você será muito bem vindo por lá, mesmo que você não fale nossa língua, pois temos um chat específico para se comunicar em inglês.

Nosso maior objetivo nas construções foi atingido!

Atingimos nosso maior objetivo em relação as construções, subindo o nível da Arena para o nível 7. Cada membro teve total liberdade de doar a quantidade de Guild Power que quisesse, antecipando as doações que são feitas mensalmente para que assim conseguissemos chegar mais rápido no Tier 4. Com isso, as recompensas individuais e coletivas serão aumentadas, mesmo com um resultado inferior ao Tier 3, acelerando nossa evolução dentro do jogo.

Uma análise foi feita por parte de nossa staff para que chegasse a essa conclusão, coletando provas que comprovassem isso e trazendo-as a todos os jogadores de nossa guilda, entrando em um debate coletivo. Muitos gostaram e apoiaram, se comprometendo com as doações antecipadas e fazendo a melhoria acontecer.

Nosso primeiro Brawl no Tier 4

Tivemos uma atualização um pouco antes de nossa estréia, que implementou um favorecimento as guildas que preenchem todas as vagas em relação aquelas que não o fazem, dando uma vitória extra para cada fray não ocupada pelo seu adversário. Isso se torna muito positivo para nós, já que todos os nossos membros se mantém presentes dentro desse modo de jogo.

Nós, juntamente com outras guildas, começamos com 6 vitórias de vantagem por conta daquelas que não preencheram suas frays. Porém isso não foi suficiente para nós, e amargamos a última colocação, com apenas 50 vitórias.

Ainda assim, tivemos dois jogadores que merecem destaque. @dlacerda7 e @brunorns conseguiram obter um bom resultado em suas respectivas frays, e servem de inspiração para os outros jogadores continuarem evoluindo e buscar melhores resultados futuramente.

A recompensa individual em SPS foi de 47, aproximadamente 30% superior em relação aos nossos melhores resultados no Tier 3, mesmo com o mau desempenho. Quanto aos méritos, o ganho foi ligeiramente inferior, o que mostra que nossa escolha em avançar para o Tier 4 seja sensata e correta, beneficiando a todos individualmente.

Conclusão

Tivemos grandes dificuldades, o que é normal quando chegamos em um novo patamar, pois precisamos nos adaptar a ele e ver o que funciona melhor para cada um. Algumas frays não se encaixaram da forma correta para cada jogador, e isso será ajustado a cada ciclo que se passar, até que consigamos atingir a escalação ideal. Além disso, todos terão que se adaptar a um nível maior de competitividade, pois no Tier 4 existem apenas 55 Guildas atualmente, e dentre elas, a grande maioria está entre as principais do jogo e as mais bem posicionadas no rank geral.

A mudança nas frays em relação a ambos os Tier é algo que requer de nossos jogadores, buscar por cartas de nível superior, já que agora temos que lidar muito mais com a liga mais alta do jogo, o Diamante. Isso é algo que nem todos ainda estão acostumados e necessitará que muitos aprendam a jogar nela, remodelando e refinando suas estratégias mais uma vez.
