HOW TO ATTRACT CUSTOMERS IN YOUR BUSINESS

Hello everyone, how are you today? After I have written about business proximity and business environment. I discovered that there is a need to write about how to attract customers. Whether online or offline, customer attraction is very important to any business you are doing.
I had this topic while I was going to my office this morning. on my way to my office, I saw a woman fighting with her customer because she owed her money.
Later in the day, many people did not go to that woman to buy her products (provisions) again because they said, “she always fights with her customers”.
Even when I sent someone to get me spaghetti, she did not go to her place because of her attitude toward customers.
When I got to the office, I was motivated and inspired to write about it.
I was very motivated and inspired to write after thought of the whole scenario.

The following below are the ways you can attract customers in your business:

Attitude: Your attitudes or employee's attitudes can make customers continue to patronize you. Treating customers in a good manner makes customers attracted to your products. There was a time I was helping someone to sell agrochemicals in a shop. We were two employees, both of us were treating customers very well; sometimes when we added a small amount of money to the products, they still patronized us, and also gave us money to buy something.
In another case, there was a man selling the same products as my boss. He also had more than two employees, of which most of their customers would come to our shop and tell us that they don’t like their behavior.
Due to their attitudes, they lost customers to us. Your attitude is one of the factors that can attract customers.

*Build Network with your customers: you need to build relationships with your customers, business partners and your suppliers. Creating relationships with business partners will enable them to share what makes them successful and how they manage their business.
For instance, when creating a good relationship with your suppliers, there are a lot of benefits you enjoy.
There was a time when a new product was manufactured by the company. Before they started selling it, the supplier had already brought the new product to my boss for testing.

*Attend to your customers all the time: do not attend to your customers only when you are in the office or company. When I was working there, I spoke to a customer on the phone after leaving the shop.
Customers do call me by 10:00pm in the evening to book products, and ask for the new and best products.
This made me closer to some of our customers, which was the reason some of them got me gifts, took me out on Sunday and introduced me to other clients.

*Take your business to online: 2 years ago, big business men and women only got access to take their business online in my environment. It wasn’t easy for people who are just starting a business to take their business online.
but today, we are in the era of technology, and there is a need to cope with change. You need to get a website for your business, or have certain social media where you can advertise your products. I met One of my customers I bought clothes from on Facebook. The first product I bought from him was very good, and his smooth communication made me want to patronize him all the time. There are many business men and women, who do not have physical shops; yet, they sell their products via online-social media or websites even more than business men and women that have places to stay to sell their products.
make sure you advertise whatever you are selling online.

  • Don’t Lose a customer because you have many customers: some businessmen don't care about losing a customer because they have many of them.
    This notion is very wrong, either the customer doesn't purchase your products like other customers, you have to keep him/her.
    Infact, some business men and women only keep their big customers that purchase their products in bulks, and never have conversations with customers that purchase few products. Though it is good to familiarize yourself with those big customers but you shouldn’t leave others alone because they are not buying much.
    Make sure you get all of them together, treat them very well and get feedback from many of them as much as you can.

  • Advertising your products and offering discounts: what a good strategy to attract new customers and get more customers to your side. Advertisements play an important role in taking your business to a high level.
    If you don’t have money to advertise your products on television or radio, It is not necessary to advertise your products on television or radio stations. You can advertise your products on social media, websites or hire 4 promoters to promote your business in that environment.
    Just make sure that people in your environment are aware that you are selling certain products.
    Discount offers are very good to confuse consumers who have been patronizing someone who sells the same products as you.

Attitude is everything.
Your business needs your attitude, network and advertisement to grow.
Attitude toward customers can take your business to a level you have never imagined.
Attitude also can bring your business down and ruin everything.
