Hello everyone, how are you doing today? When I saw the featured content on the hiveleaeners discord channel, I was wondering which area should I be focused on.
There is fear of losing jobs everywhere right now because of new technology that could do a work of 20 people per day.
Few days ago, someone posted an interview with Elon Musk on Facebook. He was talking about the new Robot that could do almost everything.
But he said, “they are still developing more advanced Robots and it will be sold at a cheaper price”. Some people suggested that it could be sold below $20,000.
If these robots are sold below $20,000, millions of people will buy them in my country because they love to use something that will increase their production without question. Some companies' working hours are from 8am to 4pm, but some of these companies will not allow their workers to go by four and they won't pay them additional money for extra hours of working.
I strongly believe that some of these companies will do the mathematics. For instance, if a robot can do the work of 20 people in a day; and the company is paying them #150k per month. Each worker will have #1.8 million per annum; then, the total money of 20 workers per year will be 36 million.

Considering the dollar rate in parallel market right now, a dollar is #1350. To convert #36,000,000 to US dollars, it is $26,666.7. This calculation is for a year, and when you get a product like that, a warranty will be issued to the buyer.
Therefore, the company you buy the robots from may help you to manage it for months or years in case of mechanical problems.
Robots can work for 24 hours, so the owner of the robots can increase the number of productions in a day. Therefore, there will be a probability that a robot can produce more than 20 workers can do.

With this calculation, millions of people will lose their jobs in my country. In fact, if I own a company, I will make sure to get more than 1. If I can think in this way, I believe that the company owners would have more insight than mine.

Since I'm on a government payroll, it will be very difficult to replace me even though robots can teach better than humans; and it will be very hard to use robots in a classroom except the higher institutions. It can work in higher institutions because most of the students are very mature; it can also work in some of the colleges in advanced countries; but it can't work in my school.

Once they know that it is a robot, after a week, the students will not be serious again. They will not concentrate to its teaching, they might not even come to school until examination periods.

Yeah! You have heard me. Robots cannot control human beings, it is humans that will control robots. That is one reason it will be very difficult to use robots to teach.
I am well aware that some students will say, “you're a robot, you're not human beings, and you cannot be controlling me”.
Robots can be very useful in factories and companies to produce products, but it will be very difficult to use them in the classroom.
Despite the fact that teachers are human beings, it is still very difficult to control students for their behaviors. Therefore, if robots take over classrooms, the quality education in basic levels will be reduced drastically. More awkward behaviors and characters will be seen in the life of students; and school management will be very poor.
But Technology is very crucial to drive change in classroom and facilitate learning. Children remembered what they watched than what they heard.

I stand up for success, and success is not achieved by merely making mouth, No room for laziness, no room for idleness. Success comes to the people who are desperately and consciously searching for it. When it seems unsuccessful or you smell failure around you, never discourage yourself from being successful.
