TWO MAJOR FUNCTIONS OF FLYING ABILITY

Hello splinterlanders, how are you today? I had the opportunity to play the splinterlands game for hours today. Since the season ended days ago, I have not gotten a chance to play splinterlands until today.
I was not happy because of the money I was losing while not playing splinterlands; I knew I would have gotten lucky for packs and good monsters.
Hmmm! It was because my schedule caused me to lose money; I was so busy to the extent that there was no way to avoid it.
I just want to thank God that I am back for the business.

I was going through a splinterlands post today, and I saw that they have reduced the splinterlands team by 45%. Well! Splinterlands is a company, and the continuous dropping of the price of cryptocurrency in the market has significant effects on the splinterlands.
My contribution is that the affected individual should understand and take heart. It is really a time for the company and tough decisions from the founder.
I believe that if there were ways to keep those who were fired on the payroll, they would have done so.
Hmmm! One of the first people that I encountered was fired. I just love this woman because I really learned from her. I learned how to play splinterlands from the video she released on a weekly basis; reading her splinterlands post. I won packs from her. Thank you @clove71.

Since we are given the opportunity to write about a dragon monster of our choice, I will write about DRAGON JUMPER. This monster is very unique, especially the max dragon jumper. I was given an earthquake rule in this battle, I needed monsters that the earthquake would not affect; dragon jumper was one of them.

TWO MAJOR FUNCTIONS OF FLYING ABILITY
FLYING ABILITY: the two major functions of this flying ability are:
Earthquake rule cannot damage the health and armor of monsters with flying ability. You could see how non flying monsters took 2 melee damage at the end of each round; this went on to the last round of the battle. You could see that monsters with flying ability were not damaged: this is one of the major advantages of monsters with flying ability. This is the reason; dragon jumper was a very important monster for me in this battle.

INCREASE CHANCE OF EVADING MELEE AND RANGED ATTACKS: This is a reason I used the flying ability monster as the last monster in some of my battles. Monsters with flying ability have an increased chance of evading melee or ranged attack, monsters with range and melee attack may miss the target while battling. This happened to me most of the time in the battles, there were battles when I saw a monster with flying ability as the last monster in my opponent line up: the moment my snake monsters missed twice, I skipped the battles.
There are battles also I have won with the use of flying ability monsters as the last and last monster. This is the one of the key reasons I use flying ability monsters as the last monsters in some of my battles.

RULESET

Close range: range attacks may be used in the first position in battles.

Earthquake: Non -flying monsters take 2 melee at the end of each round.

MONSTERS ARRANGEMENT

DJINN OSHANNUS: I knew that earthquake rule would affect this monster, I needed the djinn Oshannus magic attack in this battle to attack the health of my opponent monsters directly.
At the end of round one when oshannus’ health was left with health, an earthquake damaged it, and was finally eliminated.

GARGOYA LION: this monster cannot attack in second position except some rules that allowed melee monsters to attack in any position. Therefore, I used this monster as a backup in this battle. I knew that oshannus cannot lead the battle to victory, I knew oshannus would be eliminated.
To ensure my victory in this battle, i selected gargoya lion as second monster. After oshannus was eliminated, gorgoya led the battle to victory.

DRAGON JUMPER: the first monster dragon jumper attacked was the spark pixies: it attacked the monster and eliminated it. The second monster was living lava; it was because living lava was the monster with lowest health in the second round.
In the third round, the dragon jumper eliminated uraeus. In the fourth round, it eliminated tenyii striker.
This is to show you how important opportunity monsters are in battle like this.

FIRE SPITTER: The fire spitter provided more attack to my side but wasn’t given much time because it was eliminated by tenyii striker.

ICE PIXIE: I was left with 2 mana to make a decision; ice pixie was the only monster that came to my mind. Ice pixie was eliminated in the first round by tenyii striker.

FURIOUS CHICKEN: the best position for furious chicken is the last position. You could see how it delayed the attack from behind.

Dragon jumper is a monster I use often, it never disappointed me. I can use it in any position in battles but never used it as the first monster. I am going to try to use it in the first position but I'm going to let the opportunity come. This monster is so sweet to use for me. I knew it would be very very sweet for players that have level 3 and four of it. When I came across level three in battle, the targeted monsters were stunned. The stun and snare ability are impeccable.
