How are you, my Hive friends? Good morning to all my dear friends. Today is Sunday, and after a few days of gloomy weather, we are blessed with a beautiful sunny day. On this wonderful Sunday, I wish all my dear friends a successful and trouble-free day.
One of the joys of life is indulging in delicious food and engaging in creative pursuits. Today, as we all relax and enjoy the company of our families, I have prepared a special mixed potato snack, perfect for a delightful family gathering. This dish promises to be a delicious treat that will bring joy to everyone.
So, without further, let's delve into the recipe and explore how we can create this delectable mixed potato snack. Get ready to embark on a culinary adventure and make this Sunday a truly memorable one with your loved ones. Let's get started!






🍁 Wheat flour 100 g.
🍁 1 Egg.
🍁 2 Tablespoons of Corn flour .
🍁 1 Teaspoons of pepper powder.
🍁 Salt to taste.
🍁 1 teaspoons of chilli powder.
🍁 A few of chopped curry leaves.
🍁 A few chopped onion leaves.
🍁 A grated carrot.
🍁 A grated potato or two.
🍁 Coconut oil 300ml.




1 step.
To begin, grate or finely chop the carrots, potatoes, onions, curry leaves, and other ingredients as shown in the accompanying images.






2 step.
Then take a cup and add carrots, curry leaves, potatoes and onion leaves to it.




3 step.
Then add wheat flour, corn flour and an egg to it and mix it well.







4 step.
Then add chili powder, salt and pepper powder to the desired consistency and mix it well.





5 step.
Next, take a vessel and pour coconut oil into it. Heat the oil over a low flame. Once the oil is hot, take a teaspoonful of the mixture we prepared earlier and carefully drop it into the hot oil. Fry the mixture until it turns golden brown, as depicted in the accompanying images.

Thanks for the idea. i'll make some, but will replace the wheat flour (which is not very good for health) with spelt / chick pea flour and replace the egg with chia seeds (i eat vegan). i'll also shallow fry in a flat based (stainless steel) pan so i can cook all at once.
