Bread is a versatile ingredient that contains essential nutrients such as carbohydrates, fiber, B vitamins, and minerals. It serves as a great addition to tea time, complementing tea leaves perfectly. Furthermore, when combined with a flavorful potato filling seasoned with spices, it elevates the taste to new heights.

Required Ingredients...

🍀 Finely chopped bread slices as required.
🍀 About two boiled and mashed potatoes.
🍀 Wheat flour 100g.
🍀 Breadcrumbs 100g.
🍀 1 teaspoon of crushed chili powder.
🍀 1/3 teaspoon of Salt.
🍀 1 teaspoon of pepper powder.
🍀 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder.
🍀 coconut oil 300ml.
🍀 About one finely chopped onions.
🍀 Few chopped leek leaves.
🍀 Some crushed ginger.
🍀 A little chopped garlic.
🍀 Two green chillies, finely chopped.
🍀 Curry leaves.

Method of making.

First, let's prepare the potato mixture for the bread filling. For that, take 2 tablespoons of coconut oil in a bowl and add ginger, garlic, leeks, curry leaves and mix well.

Then add chilies, turmeric, pepper, salt, and boiled potatoes to it and mix well. After frying it for about 3 minutes, remove it from the heat.

Then take the thinly sliced ​​bread and remove the parts around it, as shown in the pictures below.

Then thin the bread slices with a roller pin.

Then take the thinned bread slices and make them like a prism and add the yam filling on it. Adjust it again as below.

Then take wheat flour and add little water to it to make a thick batter. After that, the same bread prepared with the same batter
Take the pieces and spread them in the batter. Dredge it again in breadcrumbs and keep aside. You can see in the images below.

Then take a vessel and put coconut oil in it and let it heat. After the oil is heated, fry the prepared bread pasty until golden brown.
