Let's make a tasty and nutritious Devilled with ash banana.

Good morning to all hive friends. how are you In the culinary world, there is always an opportunity to discover new dishes. Today I am happy to introduce you to a unique and nutritious dish that promises to tantalize your taste buds. That is the Deviled Ash Banana. We can prepare many dishes from gray bananas. Among them, gray banana curry is special in our country. But I thought of preparing it as a devilled gray banana because of its unique taste. So, let's dive into the world of flavors and ingredients. Let's embark on a journey that celebrates both taste and health.

Ingredients;

🍀 About 4 Ash Bananas.
🍀 A few chopped salt leaves.
🍀 About 2 pods of chopped fish and chilies.
🍀 A chopped tomato.
🍀 A chopped onion.
🍀 Curry leaves.
🍀 A little chopped garlic.
🍀 1 1/2 teaspoons of crushed chili powder.
🍀 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder.
🍀 1 teaspoons of pepper powder.
🍀 Salt to taste.
🍀 A few sticks of cinnamon.
🍀 Coconut oil or vegetable oil 200 ml.

1 step.

First, remove the peel of the gray banana, cut it into small pieces, put it in water mixed with salt and leave it for about 5 minutes. As in the images below.

2 step.

Then, place a cooking vessel on the stove, add oil, and allow it to heat. Once the oil is hot, carefully fry the sliced ash banana pieces for a certain duration.

3 step.

Next, in a pan, add two tablespoons of oil and place it on the stove. Allow the oil to heat on a low flame. Once the oil is hot, add garlic, cinnamon, and chopped onion. Fry this mixture for about 2 minutes.

4 step.

Then add curry leaves, fish chili, mix well and fry for about a minute.

5 step.

Then add chili powder, pepper, turmeric powder, salt powder, and tomato pieces to it.

6 step.

Next add the fried gray banana pieces to it and mix well.

7 step.

Then add onion leaves and mix well. Remove from heat after two minutes.

Hi @hive.samadi, looks delicious the recipe, I have never plantain (in my country we call it topocho) that way, I imagine a great flavor by the combination of spices, especially pepper.
