Ingredients;

πŸ€ About 25 well-cleaned jackfruit marrows.
πŸ€ 1/2 tsp Mustard Powder.
πŸ€ 1/2 Teaspoon of turmeric powder.
πŸ€ 1/4 tsp Fenugreek.
πŸ€ 1 tsp curry Powder.
πŸ€ 1 teaspoons of chilli powder.
πŸ€ A chopped onion.
πŸ€ A few sticks of cinnamon.
πŸ€ Curry leaves.
πŸ€ 2 pods of chopped green chillies.
πŸ€ 2 chopped garlic.
πŸ€ 3 cup of cocoanut milk.
πŸ€ Salt to taste.

Method of making;
1 Step.

First, cut the cleaned jackfruit into small pieces as follows.

2 Step.

Then finely chop green chillies, garlic, curry leaves and onions.

3 Step.
Then add chili powder, mustard powder powder, turmeric powder, fenugreek, cinnamon, curry leaves, salt powder, green chilies, garlic, curry powder, and onions to the chopped jackfruit and stir well.

4 Step.
Then put it on the stove and add about 1 1/2 cups of coconut milk and let it boil for about 10 minutes. Mix it from time to time.
