Let's make the most delicious and nutritious "Egg Hopper" at home.

How are all of you? I wish you all a good evening. It is a fact that we all know that preparing more delicious and nutritious food can help us reap many benefits for our physical and mental well-being. Eating nutritious food provides essential nutrients such as protein, minerals, vitamins, and carbohydrates for the proper functioning of our body. It helps to boost our immune system and keep it healthy. So I made egg hoppers as a light meal for dinner. However, I had to prepare for that from the morning. So let's see how it was made.

🍀 Rice flour 500g.
🍀 1/2 teaspoons of active dry yeast.
🍀 Salt to taste.
🍀 Wheat flour 150 g.
🍀 A glass of coconut water.
🍀 1 teaspoons of sugar .
🍀 Eggs as needed.
🍀 2 cups of coconut milk.
🍀 A pinch of chili powder.

1 step.

First, take rice flour in a bowl and add wheat flour, sugar, yeast and required amount of salt to it and stir well.

2 step.

Then add a glass of coconut water to it and mix well. It will make the flour quite thick. If the coconut water is not enough, you can add water. It will be clear to you in the following pictures.

(After mixing all the flour to the thickness as shown in the picture below, it should be kept for 8 hours. This is why I said earlier that I was ready for this since morning.)

3 step.

Then add the coconut milk little by little and stir mix till the paste comes (slightly liquid).

4 step.

Then add an egg again and stir well.

5 step.

Then keep the prepared flour mixture aside and take a hopper pan and heat it on low flame. Then quickly pour the flour solution made into it into the hopper pan as follows.

6 step.

Then add an egg to it at the same time. Then add some chilli powder and some salt powder to it and boil it. As shown below.

Now this delicious egg hopper is ready. It takes some time to prepare but is a very tasty dish. Our whole family enjoyed this. Then I will meet with another new dish.
