Let's make the most delicious 'vegetable roti' for breakfast or dinner, even for a snack.

Good morning, Hive friends! How are you? Would you like to enjoy a light meal that can be eaten in the morning or in the evening? By infusing it with the goodness of potatoes and vegetables, we elevate its nutritional profile and turn it into a truly unique culinary creation. This combination of flavors and textures makes for an amazing pastry made from a combination of potatoes and vegetables. The result is a perfect and satisfying treat for your morning leisure time or evening snack. So I am going to share with you to find out how to prepare "vegetable rotis". So let's see how to fix this.

Required Ingredients...

🍀 Some finely chopped leeks.
🍀 A finely chopped carrot.
🍀 Curry leaves.
🍀 A piece or two of cinnamon bark.
🍀 A little chopped garlic.
🍀 A finely chopped onion.
🍀 A green chilli pod finely chopped.

🍀 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder.
🍀 1 teaspoons of pepper powder.
🍀 1 teaspoons of chili powder.
🍀 1 teaspoons of crushed chili powder.
🍀 Salt as required.

🍀 Atta flour 250g.

🍀 3 to 4 boiled potatoes.

🍀 About 4 tablespoons of coconut oil.
🍀 Water.

Method of making;

First, take the atta flour and place it in a cup. Add 1 tablespoon of coconut oil and a small amount of water to make a dough, as shown in the following images.

Then, you need to prepare the vegetable curry to fill the roti. To do so, start by mashing the boiled potatoes thoroughly.

Then take a cooking pot and put a tablespoon of oil in it and let it heat up a little. Next add garlic to it and mix it for about a minute. Then add chopped onions, cinnamon, curry leaves, raw chillies and mix well.

Next, add chili powder, turmeric powder, pepper powder, crushed chili powder and salt powder to it and mix well.

Next, add chopped carrots, leeks and potatoes to it and mix well. Leave for 2 to 3 minutes and remove from heat.

Then make the prepared dough again into small dough and make the dough thin as shown in the pictures below.

Then add the required amount of vegetable curry into the thinned dough and fold it into a desired shape.

Then take a pan and put about a teaspoon of oil in it and leave it to heat and add the vegetable roti. Get it roasted on all sides . As in the images below.
