Hello dear hive friends,

Good evening, Hive friends! How are you all doing? Today, I want to share a unique experience with you – the process of making my own coffee powder from the coffee harvest of several coffee trees around my house. Cultivating a few coffee plants at home has been a truly rewarding and enriching experience, especially considering the space available around my residence.
To grow coffee plants successfully, it's essential to provide them with the right conditions. They thrive in a warm, tropical climate, requiring consistent moisture, well-drained soil, and filtered sunlight. However, growing coffee at home demands patience as it takes several years for the coffee plants to mature and produce cherries. This endeavor requires time and dedication, making it a labor of love rather than a quick and preferred option.

harvesting....
Also, the coffee seed are bright red at harvest time. Harvesting coffee seed is a delicate process. It should be done slowly. One coffee contains two coffee seed. After harvesting it is done in various ways to the final process of drying the coffee seed. But I harvested it and crushed it with a stone tool as shown in the below. After that, the outer skin of the coffee seeds is removed. Also, another peel is left on the coffee seed. It is removed after we take it. We are not comfortable in all those processes. It is done with love without anger.

After that, the inner peel of the coffee seed is removed. It should be kept for two days drying . After drying, the peel can be removed. I did this without any difficulty in my free time.

Every step from the initial harvest to the final de-barking ensures that each step is prepared with the utmost respect, resulting in a rich and flavorful brew that reflects the dedication and love invested in every step of the process.

How to prepare coffee powder.....

First, take a pot and let it heat up and put the coffee seeds that have been dried and peeled. Then mix well and fry the coffee seeds until dark brown.

Then take a blender and add roasted coffee seeds to it and blend it well. Then strain it with Flour Sieve Strainer.

So fresh coffee powder harvested from several coffee trees in my house was prepared at home. A cup of coffee is a treat of love. As you grow harvest, roast and brew your coffee, savor every step, savor every sip, because in that cup you are not just a drink, but a story of nature, of culture. And the simple pleasures of life. So I served the coffee to the family to taste it.
