Ask Leo: What Are The Importance Of Having Little Savings

Happy midweek to all my friends out there. Today I will be doing a little discussion on a trending issue that is savings. For as long as I can remember this subject of saving for future use has been in existence.

In time past I I didn't so much about these words but as I progressed and meet issues of life it came to my understanding of how having little savings can be of help.

Before I will think about how important is it to have needs and you come and say you want to have little savings.

There are several things that saving can do for one which I will mention briefly and also I will say a little about how one can save.

• You are Free from unnecessary pressure, one that always reserves from his earnings will little to handle an emergency. Times there are unplanned occurrences and what will help you then is the little you have reserved.

• One will not always be left with the borrowing option. As you have that reservation and something comes up it will help in sorting the issues.

• Having little savings will help one not to spend unnecessarily. A time when excess money is at h@and so much one tends to misuse it on things that may not be accounted for.

Back in those days, I remember my mother will always save ahead for our school fees, so when the time comes she will not start looking for who to give her. She single-handedly pays our school fees because she had earlier planned and saved it up.

What Are The Ways One Can Save

• The one that is well-known here is joining the contribution group. This is one way that helped my mother so much. Immediately she is paid her salary she removes a certain amount for that base on the agreement. So when she has it she shares it with all of us.

• Herting a little save to keep your money yourself. One may say it may not be his turn to pack money when she needs it urgently. But this type requires lots of discipline.

• One can also buy an asset as a way to save money let's say land. So when you need the money you sell off to meet the needs.

Christmas celebration is coming one needs to apply a high level of discipline at this time because January is assumed to be longer than the normal days.
