Hard-work Works When Missed with Other Vital Ingredients

Good day everyone happy new week it is a pleasure for me to welcome you to my brother's day as I'll be making Justice to this week's first edition. We will be talking about Talent and hard work. This week's topic is very dicey but I will try as much as I can to maintain a niche.

Talent is an in-built ability. This ability can be set to be divine in the sense that it was not lamps or thought the particular person that is in the position of the talent was giving birth to with it and whether or not the person likes it he will manifest those abilities. Some persons claim that they have abilities so whether or not they work on those abilities it will manifest forgetting that any gift a man has needs to be walked on for it to manifest better. On the other way, hard work is the use of energy to get the desired result as the name implies hard work. A conscious effort needs to be put in place for the work to be productive.

Some people may claim they are talented but they neglect the place of hard work. Hard work plus Talent will equal undeniable results. Though not everyone that is hardworking sees the result consistency of it brings out good results in the end.

There are so many things that fuel hard work which I will be talking about here.

Consistency

Deliberate action

Teachability

Patience

Consistency

It is a belief that I strongly have that anyone who will be successful in his endeavor in life needs to be consistent you cannot be here today and there tomorrow and expect to have good results. For instance, as a content developer who needs to be on his blog daily if not on daily basis at least consistently to grow, I need to keep at what you are doing hard work has to be in place. I know of a shop owner that knows every time you'll be telling me that he's not going so well in his business then looking critically at him know most times when you come to the shop in the morning around 9a.m-10 a.m. he's not yet in the shop and most times when he arrived at his shop he will not stay so long as most times you meet his shop closed so in this he believes in hard work and that what he has learned will pay him but forget the place of consistency so as someone that will do well with the hard work you need to be consistent. Also for hard work to pay you very well you should not be someone that today they say you are learning painting tomorrow they will meet you in the salon learning hairdressing you know there is no correlation between all this work so you have to be consistent in doing a particular thing I tell you, my friends when you are doing a particular thing for a long time they say 1 to 2 years or 3 years there is no way you will not see results in that thing you are doing.

Deliberate

There should be this conscious effort. Now you tell yourself that I want to achieve a particular result this is your target this is where you want to be at this particular time, okay you Can Divide what you want to achieve into maybe months or in a year or two years this is where I want to be so consciously in your heart you will be working towards achieving that particular goal you have set for yourself.

Teachability

As someone that believes in hard work, you have to be teachable. Having a teachable spirit is one of the qualities that a hard-working person should possess for instance I have a welder in front of my house and he has some children that learn from him. So if these children refuse to put their hearts into what their master is telling them and when he tells them to look this is the way something and they say no I cannot do that there is no way I will do it this is how my mother taught me this is how my father taught me there is no way they can make it you will see that it will take a long time to learn. When you have a teachable spirit you will be able to learn.

Patience

The process of learning is not easy at all most time it's not sweet and at times you will not have what it takes to listen sometimes you have to track to your workplace. Times it will lead to going outside your bill to get data sometimes you have to do a lot of things to make sure you make it and at other times as a content developer, you'll be feeling so sleepy knowing that the road to success is not so easy one will have to do everything possible to make sure you stay awake to make that post to make that right up.

Patience is a virtue that every hard working fellow needs to possess.

I know that I've said a lot of things concerning hard work. In conclusion, not every hard-working fellow is successful, and not every talented fellow is successful so to attain place of success one needs to keep at whatever thing he is doing. This laziness syndrome has eaten deep into so many personal life so we have to consciously say no to laziness to be able to make it in life.
