It's a new week friends this week presents a lot of opportunities with her. Yesterday Nigeria marked her 63th birthday after independence. Let me say we in Nasarawa State didn't have our independence yesterday but today. Nasarawa State also celebrated her 27th year of existence and the tribunal delivered a good judgement today.... woooow!!! The people's choice for the first time in the State is upheld.

Now I will be going into the topic of the day.

If am to make a choice between having my freedom of speech and privacy

Everyone that exists do have what interests them so much and when that is met for some people nothing more and for people like us, there is always something more.

In this case now I will make sure to choose freedom of speech. Some time ago the past government came out with this act of fight against hate speech. I remember vividly before the formal president came into power he used every medium to castigate those in power so when he came on board he tried to protect himself by banning freedom of speech. This made it that no one can easily say negative things about his administration and things got worst by the day.

It is better to have my freedom to express myself than having privacy. I will use these following points to back up my agruement.

• Having my privacy without freedom of speech may land me into depression before I get to know of it because when I keep keeping things to myself the hurt to myself will be so much. We have seen severely when people die in silence. There is popular Nigerian Gospel artist who died last year because she was being molested in her marriage but because she was trying to keep her privacy intact she lost her life in return. Now if I may ask, where is that privacy? Everyone has come to know what she was hissing.

• When I have my freedom of speech I can easily point out where there is issues and a possible way to sort those issues.

• Freedom of speech brings about development, when people listen to where they are not getting it correctly it will be easier for them to make necessary corrections there by bringing about more advancement

Everyone likes to be heard and when what I have to say is heard even if it not taken I feel very happy about it.

I like using this discription for privacy. Over time I have come to realize that a snail is very peace it don't like troubles. Whenever it encounters any obstacle immediately it shrinks inside to take cover. This is why it is difficult to see a snail die outside the shell 🐌. Even if it's a danger that it needs to just run, it shrinks inward and before you say Jack it is gone. The water that kills snail comes from its own body.

I believe that I don't have any secret, when am bordered by a thing I my best to let it out so I can get immediate help. In this too not everyone I open up to. A lot of men die today because they want to keep things to themselves and things get out of hand before you know it.

In speaking up it is good to have people one can continue in because some persons mouth is just basket like.🤭🤭🤭. Speak Up But Don't Stoop Low
