LOH Contest #151//My Top Two Questions For The Community

Hello beautiful ladies I hope you are doing well today, we just said thank God it's Friday and here Monday is flying in without any apologizes, I just saw someone I admire @les90 saying how she wish tomorrow is Sunday again. For me it's going to be the beginning of a three months long journey for me which will involve waking up early every morning Mondays to Fridays to get the kids ready for school. Well, I will not say they should care for themselves because they are well too little to start, it's a sacrifice I most pay.

Always I fill joyed to be part of the community contest. This week's topic it's encouraging me to be creative. I most appreciate this week's judge @thekittygirl for this beautiful selection for the week. Get sit let's flow friends my dearies.

If you were the LOH judge this week, what TWO questions would you ask?

  1. Things are changing and the rate of chemicalized food is increasing in the society today, what do you do to eat healthy on a daily basis?
  2. How often do you exercise your body in order to stay fit as a lady? Suggest some simple exercise for the ladies, you can use a video to illustrate

Note: You can answer both question preferably in two different posts, be creative as you write. Happy writing.

My first topic have been a meditation for a long time now. There are lots of non natural foods and most times we feel it is enjoyment we are doing by eating them without knowing we are pointing ourselves into diverse danger, so if we can improve our eating habit that will help in no little way.

My second question is born out of the past to màke sure we are physically fit as when will do our mental health will be in order too.

Health is a good topic. Right now I'm so involved in something that I hardly get time to exercise. Before that my day felt incomplte without exercise. Even if I didn't get time I did Surya Namaskars.

Wow! Great questions specially the first one. Nowadays our food is bombarded with lots of preservatives and it's hard not having to eat them specially if you are working and have no time to prepare your own meal so you gotta buy from restaurants or from stores, shops that has a lot of msg in them. It would be nice reading answers from our fellow ladies if your question will be used. Best of luck on the challenge.

That's a very hard hitting question. You know how much every you are careful, but you still end up eating some chemicals in the food, because they are almost in every single food nowadays, unless you grow your own food. But there also how you grow matters.
For me fitness is priority and my daily walk and yoga has to be done.
