Tolerance Improves Productivity In Every Organization

There are different things that affect the way we behave both at home and outside the home. First to be considered is nature, secondly is nurture. The first one nature humans do not have so much effect on that because it is something that is follow come, like it runs in the vain so there is no way to go about it at all, we just have to find a way to cope with it. Second point to be considered is nurture, this just have to do with trainings that is gotten from the home and the societal influence on any individual.

During my Post Graduate Studies we were taught that a child's brain is tablarasa. This is to say, the brain is so empty so it is what is planted in it that will grow with time. With this we made a conclusion that it is the adults in the environment that corrupts the children 😂😂😂. This sounds funny ABI? But I strongly believe in this school of thought.

Now going to the working environment, having a good team spirit is very important in every organization because when we flow with each other with the mindset of not always expecting perfect people will help us reduce expectation and give us more room to accept our individual differences.

To me I believe strongly in giving people change to act according to how their straight can take them. Now what I do to help we reduce my expectations from people and save myself of heart break is I have learnt to give people excuse, like I just conclude that maybe I didn't do my part that made them act in a way that's not okay.

Also, a times what I want people to do in my work place, I go ahead to do that thereby they get to learn from what I do.

To help people in things, we can go ahead to teach or train them in the aspect you want them to come up. As we are all working towards perfection, there are people that just a little exposure will help them do better so I have learnt not to rob tham of such privilege. Most times, I don't teach directly but expose them to trainings which will open their eyes to what they need to do better.

Also, there is this understanding I have that no two persons are the same because we came from different environment and trainings are not the same. Even siblings do have their differences, just yesterday I was teaching my children how to tolerate each other, respect each other decisions and all that. From my observations, there is already a difference as they play with each other with less clash.

So, I strongly believe that it is important for tolerance to be on a high gear for a good result in an organization. Also, in every organization people should be very open to learn and improve on themselves that will help the organization to have more sincere staff which will in turn be noticed in the productivity level.

No one is a perfectionist. If we understand this and accept our imperfections with all the differences that comes with, we can be very productive.

Tolerance indeed improves productivity at work, whiles some people tend to give their best under pressure most individuals would rather you are patient with them so they can bring out the best in them

Yeah, it works either way. I think the first thing is to study people we are working with.

There's a woman in my compound who is always scolding her child for being a gossip, meanwhile the child learned to act of causing and gossiping from her.

Now what I do to help we reduce my expectations from people and save myself of heart break is I have learnt to give people excuse, like I just conclude that maybe I didn't do my part that made them act in a way that's not okay.

This is something I do very well too, it is only the person you let into your heart that has the ability to break it, and it is only the person who you expect from that can break your trust
