LOH291: A Friend indeed!: Help in time of need

Hello amazing ladies of hive, it's yet another amazing time of the week again and as usual I'm very much excited to join in on this week's topic of discussion coming from @priyanarc
As anyone support you during your hardest times?, How did they help?
For me, my lifeline is filled with these great stories and I'll keep sharing them as long as time allows...
I have been helped time again and again, from total strangers, especially one that left me speechless, how someone met in the cold of the night after few discussions accommodated me and by morning gave me the keys to his apartment and traveled for weeks
also there was this time I was attacked on my way to work one faithful Tuesday morning, got rubbed and in the process I was severely injured such that I almost lost my left wrist, a woman rushed to the scene helped me locate a near bye pharmacy were I recieved first aid treatment before moving to the hospital, but that's not the bigger story.....
my roommate at the time has been with me from day one, this was during a very severe hard time in my country we were experiencing cashless policy problems, this period was so hard but then this my friend had been with me all through the entire periods.
after I recieved the first aid treatment, I went to the first hospital they told me they couldn't handle it that I'll need to go over to another hospital then we went and they had to schedule me for a surgery. all through this time my friend stayed with me, never left helping me with everything I need,
one day while he was with me and slept off, his phone was stolen, this guy was more than a friend he was a brother, he sacrificed a lot during that period of my life, stayed through till the surgery was done, even tho there was no money, no food we barely survived he never left never complained.
he helped me through everything and till today we still keep on touch that was a time I knew that there are people that are sent into your life for a reason, for the one month time we were in the hospital he only left once to the house to change cloths and even had to cancel his job interview that period, till today I still remain grateful to this my friend and every one who helped me that time. if all this effort weren't in place I would have either lost my left hand or my life....
Thankyou for Reading.....
