Happy weekend to all Hivers friends again sharing here with all of you on my wife's land which I am cleaning; There is a grass that has a very bad reputation for being present almost all the time, whether it is in periods of drought or rain. That's right when it grows much more and takes on its characteristic green color.

Feliz fin de semana para todos los amigos Hivers nuevamente compartiendo aquí con todos ustedes en el terreno de mí esposa el cuál estoy limpiando; hay una hierba quién tiene muy mala fama por estar casi todo el tiempo presente así sea en periodo de sequía ó de lluvia. Allí es justo cuando crece mucho más y toma su color verde característico.

Today I went in the morning to look for some bulbs which are also let's say like a kind of seeds where the different plants grow throughout the land. These bulbs were recommended to my wife since she has had problems with fluid retention which has led to her knees and other parts of the body being swollen. How it has rained lately, most of them can be uprooted with your hands, although there are others that cannot. In the photographs that I show you, you can see how I uprooted a good number of plants and I was only able to obtain three bulbs, more than enough to start, but not all of them will be done. the days but leaving one in between.

Hoy fuí en la mañana a buscar unos bulbos los cuáles son también digamos cómo una especie de semillas en dónde crecen las distintas plantas a través de todo el terreno. Dichos bulbos se los recomendaron a mí esposa ya que ha presentado problemas con la retención de líquidos lo que ha conllevado a qué las rodillas y otras partes del cuerpo se vean inflamados. Cómo ha llovido últimamente se pueden arrancar con las manos la mayoría aunque hay otras que no, en las fotografías qué les muestro pueden ver cómo arranque una buena cantidad de plantas y sólo pude obtener tres bulbos más qué suficiente para empezar, pero se hará no todos los días sino dejando uno de por medio.

Once the bulbs were obtained, I proceeded to separate them from the roots and clean them, removing the excess of them. After completing this step, with the help of a small piece of glass, I removed the entire layer that covered it, leaving now the bulb ready to be chewed and finally begin with the remedy for the health problem that it faces. Ya una vez conseguidos los bulbos procedí a separarlos de las raíces y a limpiarlos retirando el exceso de de las mismas. Hecho ese paso con la ayuda de un pedacito de vidrio quité toda la capa qué lo recubría dejando ahora sí el bulbo listo para ser masticado y empezar finalmente con el remedio para el problema de salud qué enfrenta. Saludos y recuerden que a veces tenemos en la naturaleza todo lo que necesitamos hasta inclusive remedios mediante los cuáles podríamos mejorar nuestra salud.
