[ENG-ESP] The time has finally come to present the harvest of my Maize Challenge 2022/Por fin llegó el momento de presentar la cosecha de mí Maize Challenge 2022

Blessed happy weekend to all the friends of the Hagro community, today after two months and a few more days I have finally harvested the first ears of my Maize Challenge 2022 I did it in the morning hours there were about 12 besides how already I had told you there are still some others left which are tender, therefore they are left for a next opportunity.

Bendecido feliz fin de semana para todos los amigos de la comunidad Hagro, hoy después de dos meses y algunos días más por fin he cosechado las primeras Mazorcas de mí Maize Challenge 2022 lo hice en horas de la mañana fuerón alrededor de unas 12 además cómo ya les había comentado todavía quedarón algunas otras las cuáles están tiernas por consiguiente quedan para una próxima oportunidad.

Once at home I peeled them off and cleaned the little beards that my sister @franciscana23 had, she told me to make the "Cachapas" with cheese, so we got to work, what you notice at first glance is that most of them are small while there are others that if they have a good size but they do not have the grains together but they come out scattered on the entire surface of the Corncobs, and once that step was done with the help of a knife I was separating the Corn grains from the cob being careful not to cut myself and then I added it to a bowl where if there was any residue from the beards I could clean it with my hands.

Ya en la casa las pelé y fuí limpiando de las barbitas que tienen mí hermana @franciscana23 me dijo para realizar las "Cachapas" con queso entonces nos pusimos a trabajar lo que se nota a primera vista es que en su mayoría están pequeñas mientras hay otras que si tienen buen tamaño pero no tienen los granos juntos sino que salen esparcidos en toda la superficie de las Mazorcas, ya una vez realizado ese paso con la ayuda de un cuchillo fuí separando los granos de Maíz de la tusa con cuidado de no cortarme y luego agregaba en un bol donde de quedar algún residuo de las barbas lo podría limpiar con las manos.

I am not going to go into detail about how the Cachapas were made, but I am going to show you some photographs after beating the corn in a blender and forming a homogeneous mixture which was placed in a hot frying pan and after a few minutes of cooking it he turned it over and after another few minutes it was removed from the heat and placed on a plate with a little butter and a little cheese and then with the same dough, fold and eat. No voy a ponerme a detallar cómo fué que se hicierón las Cachapas pero si les voy a mostrar unas fotografías luego de batir el maíz en una licuadora y formar una mezcla homogénea la cuál se colocó en un sartén caliente y luego de algunos minutos de cocción se le dió la vuelta y luego de otros minutos se retiró del fuego se colocó en un plato con un poco de mantequilla y un poco de queso para luego con la misma masa doblar y comer. Buen apetito además quiero agradecer nuevamente a @felixxx por la oportunidad de participar en el Maize Challenge todavía no está terminado ya que me queda otra cosecha la cuál tengo pensado hacerla al fuego directo, me despido hasta la próxima y nos seguimos leyendo aquí en la comunidad Hagro.
