[ENG-ESP] Walking in the mountains and visiting a friend's land/De paseo por la montaña y visitando el terreno de un amigo
First of all, to get there we had to walk up the mountain for 45 minutes or so and we got to the place. Not before on my walk I show you where the water is stored, which is used to irrigate the plants while they grow and we have the rainy season that is approaching.
When I first arrived I observed that a part of the land is already clean and will be used for planting corn, which they have in glass bottles and wait for the long-awaited rain, they have two kinds of normal corn and a purple one which they say "cariaco" which is faster for its growth.
After the walk and observation of the terrain, we prepared to prepare a wood-fired soup for lunch, the flavor it has is simply extraordinary, I helped to light the fire while my uncle was in charge of making the soup.
There we had the vegetables and aromatic herbs to enhance the flavor even more. Almost an hour later I was already enjoying a delicious soup and served in totuma; what more indigenous than that friends hivers.
I say goodbye for the moment but not before reminding you that in subsequent posts I will be sharing more about this wonderful walk in the mountains.
Buen día amigos Hivers ayer tuve la oportunidad de disfrutar un momento diferente unos amigos que tienen un terreno donde siembran nos invitaron a mí y a un tío a estar con ellos.
Primero que nada para llegar hasta allí tuvimos que caminar montaña arriba por espacio de 45 minutos más o menos y llegamos al lugar. No sin antes en mí caminata mostrarles donde se almacena el agua la cuál se utiliza para el riego de las plantas mientras crecen y tenemos el tiempo de lluvia qué se acerca.
Al llegar primeramente observé que una parte del terreno ya está limpio y se utilizará para la siembra del maíz, el cuál lo tienen en botellas de vidrio y esperan la tan ansiada lluvia, tienen de dos clases el maíz normal y uno morado el cuál le dicen "cariaco" qué es más rápido para su crecimiento.
Luego del paseo y observación del terreno nos dispusimos a preparar el almuerzo una sopa a leña el sabor que tiene es sencillamente extraordinario, ayudé a prender el fuego mientras mí tío era el encargado de realizar la sopa.
Allí teníamos las verduras y las hierbas aromáticas para resaltar aún más el sabor. Casi una hora después ya estaba disfrutando de una deliciosa sopa y servida en totuma; qué más autóctono qué eso amigos Hivers.
