It's a plant that isn't very common here, but its fruits are incredible, especially when used to make juice


Another detail that makes it all even more incredible is its location in a rather unusual spot. It grew right where their car is currently parked, and there's also construction sand there, as they plan to expand their house later when they have a little more money. I also want you to take a close look at the plant's main root, which is protected by a used rubber ring to prevent damage, which they may have forgotten to remove.



Here in these other photos, you can clearly see how the "Chinese Tamarinds" haven't grown much yet, but they are slowly but surely ripening on the plant until the perfect time to harvest them. Perhaps in another post, I'll show you the harvesting process and what we can do with them, although, as I mentioned before, they're much better in juice.
