Performing preventive maintenance on the Air Conditioning in my parents room//Realizando el mantenimiento preventivo al Aire Acondicionado del cuarto de mis padres

Today, Tuesday, I cleaned the Air Conditioning in my parents' room, which is small at 5000 BTU but ideal for the size of their room; But for a few days my dad had been telling me that he could clean the Air since he felt that it was not working enough, but I told him that it was probably the heat that is affecting us in recent days, and even though it rained two days the previous week, it continues extremely strong.

El día de hoy Martes limpié el Aire Acondicionado del cuarto de mis padres el cuál es pequeño de 5000 BTU pero ideal para el tamaño de su cuarto; pero desde hacía unos días mí papá me comentaba que sí podía limpiar el Aire puesto que sentía que no rendía lo suficiente pero yo le decía que seguramente era el calor qué nos está afectando en los últimos días qué aunque llovió dos días la semana anterior continúa extremadamente fuerte.

But before starting the cleaning I decided to start my day with energy and enjoy a strong cup of coffee. So I went to look for the air conditioning in his room, disconnected it from the electricity and moved it to where I wanted to wash it, a comfortable place where the hose could easily reach. Once it was disassembled I looked and yes my dad was right, there was a large amount of dirt inside it and specifically both in the condenser (rear part) and in the evaporator (front part) it was also dirty but it was the same. same humidity that grows when preventive maintenance is not done. Then, with the help of a plastic bag, I placed it on the equipment card to prevent water from falling on it and thus prevent it from being damaged.

Pero antes de iniciar la limpieza me dispuse a iniciar mí día con energía y disfrutar de una taza de café bien fuerte. Así qué fuí a buscar el Aire Acondicionado a si cuarto lo desconecte de la electricidad y moví hasta dónde lo quería lavar un lugar cómodo dónde la manguera pueda llegar fácilmente. Una vez ya desarmado me fijé y sí mí papá estaba en lo correcto, había una gran cantidad de tierra dentro del mismo y específicamente tanto en la condensadora (parte trasera) puesto qué en la evaporada (parte delantera) también tenía sucio pero era de la misma humedad que va creciendo cuando no se hace el mantenimiento preventivo. Luego y con la ayuda de una bolsa plástica la coloqué en la tarjeta del equipo para evitar que pudiera caerle agua y así evitar que se pueda dañar.

As I had already mentioned in the previous paragraph, it had to be located in a nearby place since this way the hose can have a little more pressure and help remove more easily all that amount of dirt located inside and outside the Air since I also washed those and placed them in the sun on a small roof so that they could dry more quickly with the sun's rays. Once washed, you can see the differences between them in the photographs (before and after). Since it was very early in the morning, there was time to have a quick breakfast of some arepitas with very small chopped seafood with tomato, onion, bell pepper, sweet peppers, garlic and a touch of Mayonnaise.

Cómo ya les había comentado en el párrafo anterior tenía que ubicarse en un sitio cerca puesto que así la manguera puede tener un poquito más de presión y ayudar a retirar con mayor facilidad toda esa cantidad de suciedad ubicada en el interior y exterior del Aire puesto qué esas también las lave y coloqué al Sol en un pequeño techo para que con los rayos solares se puedan secar más rápidamente. Ya una vez lavado se pueden notar en las fotografías las diferencias entre ellas (antes y después). Cómo fué muy temprano por la mañana dió tiempo para desayunar rápido unas arepitas con frutos del mar picados bien pequeños con tomate, cebolla, pimiento morrón, ajíes dulces, ajo y un toqué de Mayonesa.
