Phone Photography Contest Round -118 "Amazing Flower"

Happy start to the week everyone! Thank you for sharing a new post here to participate again in the weekly #phonephotography contest number -118, always sponsored by @untilwelearn, where we showcase great photos taken with our cell phones. And in this case, as I sometimes try to show some of the nature in my country, specifically flowers that I find beautiful.

This plant is in my wife's garden; I think it's called a rooster's crest or something like that; it's not so common to see them, so when you're lucky enough to see one, and already developed in its flower with its seeds, you have to enjoy its beauty.

She has about three plants, but they're in buckets (which would be the flowerpots) so they're not directly on the ground and insects can damage them.

My grandmother used to have seeds for this flower; I grew it several years ago. Its soft, velvety touch is truly unique and it feels beautiful
