Shadow Hunters Contest Round -449 SMASh

After a week off due to back problems, I’ve returned to work on the beautiful island of Cubagua. Right now, we are painting some of the woodwork that is visible to customers. I’ve been here before, but I hadn’t noticed a particular detail: there’s a lovely decorative piece in front of the restaurant that displays the name of the company we’re working for, "Catamarán Mamalé." The piece I’m referring to is a wooden dolphin.

In the morning hours, one can see a beautiful shadow cast upon the beach sand by the structure—which features a roof made of coconut palm fronds woven together. This design not only evokes a beach-style aesthetic but also ensures the space stays cool, allowing the breeze to flow through freely.

Thanks again for the opportunity to participate in these weekly contests held by the #shadowhunters community—this time, edition #449. I’d also like to acknowledge the sponsorship of our friend @melinda010100, who introduced us to this world and showed us just how wonderful it is—a world that might otherwise go unnoticed, though certainly not by us.
