Hermit - making a final choice for the Tarot card series

Last time out, I thought I had found an image that was going to use as the final image for the Tarot card but there were a few more thumbnails to err, thumb through in order to ensure that I am making the right decision.

The symbology needs to be very important here, due to the fact that the Hermit must be depicted as an elderly, wise figure, often with a long beard and hooded cloak, holding a staff or lantern. The lantern may be seen as a symbol of enlightenment or the light of truth.

Last time, this image really made me want to use it is the outcome. I really liked the lake or river, and the lantern is depicted, too. However, there's a lot of anatomical difficulties in this image, which leads me to want to eliminate it completely from the realm of possibility.

I like this next image, with the exception of the glasses. It makes it more modern than what I would like in reference to the other images in the series; which is not necessarily what I am trying to depict.

That leaves this image. I like it a lot as the staff and the lantern have come together as a single device, which is what I would certainly be doing if I was a hermit myself (though, my goal is to one day be a complete shut in and a hermit :P )

There will be a few tweaks to this image to get to to the point of completion, which I will do the next time, I get.. time to work on things. Time is such a precious and contested thing right now, and that will remain the case forevermore!
