The Final Hanged Man

Here we are, at the last step of The Hanged Man. It has been a long journey to get to this point, and there's a longer journey ahead, to produce the remaining cards.

There's not a lot to do to this image in order to try and get it to a state consistent with the other images.

First, let's start with the original, untouched, unmodified image, straight out of the generation process.

I certainly want to add a vignette to this image, but beyond this, I cannot see many other improvements that I may want to make. I might change my mind once I see it with a vignette, but we will see soon.

This already looks a lot better. I might add some more "brightness" in certain parts of the image to get a dodge / burn effect going on, to bring out more contrast in the robes of the figure.

Let me see what that looks like, and whether or not I consider that to be a final image.

I like the brighter subject in the centre, and the dark border makes it an even more dramatic card.

I'm liking this spot, and I think if I push it any further, I might start getting away from something that is simple in its representation, and overcomplicating it.

I'm calling this one done at this point.
