And now to help you enjoy eating bitter gourd as one of your dishes that you can cook and serve with the family, I'm going to share an easy and simple way of cooking. This recipe is called "Amplaya con Carne".
I'm excited, so let's start our cooking!
1/2 kilo sirloin beef, strips sliced
2 large onion, chopped
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1 big size bitter gourd, sliced
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup vinegar
4 gloves of garlic
Salt to taste
Cooking oil, for frying
First, marinate the beef with soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, crushed garlic and black pepper. You can add some salt depends on your taste. Set aside for about an hour.
After marinating, in a cooking pan put enough oil for frying. Put the marinated beef to fry while stirring continuously until tender.
When the beef is already cooked, remove it from the pan and set aside.
Next, saute onion in the same pan for about a minute, add the sliced bitter gourd and stir fry until half cooked.
Lastly, add the stir fried beef in the same pan and continue cooking for 2-3 minutes. Add some seasoning to taste and it's done.
You can share with your friends and families this kind of recipe and sure they will enjoy eating a healthy and delicious meal.
Thank you again for making time for my blog and have a great day. Happy cooking!
