Indoctrination teaching day 7 held on 19:7:2022.
Here are the things I learnt from teaching of Brother Eli
The first and most important doctrine Christ has given is love.it is the primary doctrine and it is my obligation to love God and my fellow men.
It is only God that we devote love Matthew 22: 37 the teaching has taught me to love my brethren regardless of any situation either my brethren sin against me or not. Matthew 5;43-45 we are to love just as Christ loved us we are not to pay evil with evil but even when someone has done something bad against you, it is the commandment of Christ that you should love without looking at your neighbors flaws
Everyone deserves our love once i learn to help my enemies then helping my friend will not be difficult for me
Ephesians 4:32 do to others what i want them to do to you. I have learnt to always show mercy to my fellow brethren
From the teaching of Brother Eli I have learnt to always do good to all men. If i want to obtain mercy from any one then it I must show mercy too people too. For whatever I do I will also be rewarded when the time is due.
My formal believe that has been improved by the teaching of Brother Eli:
I have been taught not to love just in my words but to put it in practice my action should be a prove of what I say.
I have been taught not pay evil with evil for every child of God should not have any form of wickedness in him or her. Paying evil with the good works of Christ can lead that evil person to Christ.
How this teaching affects my daily lifestyle
Since I have learnt so much then I will
. Love my brethren with the love of Christ
. Share my things for example ( food, money, clothes, shoes) e.t.c. With those who are in need of it, for this is also an act of love and a prove that I am not loving my brethren in words but also in my action.
