I have decided to participate in a photo contest focusing on motifs from Western Pomerania. As a native of Pomerania, I am proud to present my homeland in all its beauty and diversity. Es geht darum, einen Moment einzufrieren, um ihn dann später wieder erlebbar machen zu können durch mein Foto. Wobei Frieren hier auch Wort wörtlich steht, bei der Aufnahme hatten wir, bei –10 °C Außentemperatur gemacht. Aber nichts hat mich abgehalten, genau dieses Foto zu machen. Als leidenschaftlicher Hobbyfotograf ist dieser Wettbewerb genau das Richtige für mich. Eine Gelegenheit nicht nur meine Fähigkeiten unter Beweis stellen, sondern auch anderen Menschen zeigen, was diese Region alles bietet – von malerischen Dörfern bis hin zum pulsierenden Leben in Städten wie Insel Rügen oder Greifswald! Ich hoffe sehr, dass dieses Projekt mir helfen wird neue Perspektiven kennenzulernen, währenddessen wir gemeinsam unsere wunderschöne Gegend entdeckt werden kann.

But nothing has stopped me to make exactly this photo. As a passionate hobby photographer, this contest is just the thing for me.
