The title can be misleading, I'm not talking about the price of the Hive, not even the HBD but the project itself.

Regarding this, I think it would be good to think about changing the name of the token, it confuses me a bit that it is called exactly the same as the community. Perhaps at first, it was a logical consequence, but now I think that it only provides lines in the publications to differentiate one thing from the other.

After more than two weeks of vacation which I only enjoyed and wrote about tourism and related services, I have once again immersed myself in the news, the projects in progress, and the analyses and assumptions of many amateur and professional analysts who write here at #Leofinance. I am very interested in everything that is discussed and I try to assimilate this knowledge, experience, and advice, despite the fact that many clarify that they are personal opinions and not investment advice at all, supposedly you have to cover yourself in case they are wrong and drag others into a disaster.

Among other things I read that the APR of the HBD is high, it has been at 20% for quite some time, and for now, the witnesses maintain it, in the opinion of some it is unsustainable and in the future, it will begin to drop, apparently gradually. Meanwhile, it hurts no one to put in some savings to obtain that level of profitability.

The surprising thing about this is that many external investors remain on the sidelines and do not bet on this great opportunity despite the fact that it is an unusual investment; I conclude that there is no trust in the hive outside of the hive environment.

Ignorance? investment professionals are unlikely to miss something like this. There may be some ignorance but it is not substantial. It is most likely mistrust.

So I think that this factor has an obvious justification: the value of the hive is low because the project has not developed the great potential announced so many times, we have gotten used to what we are and what we have and we do not go further.

Perhaps it is fear of growing up, we are few and it is enough for some of those few to have a good, safe, and reliable investment with an income that allows them to live comfortably and speculate on improvements in that aspect.

If we were to grow more we could perhaps lose control and the currency could fall either on the favorable side or on the disastrous side. That could be one of the main reasons.

Meanwhile, those who maintain the value of the hive are those who create content, that is, the initial objective of the project. And I regret to conclude that the vast majority of content creators are not the ones who can give more value than they are already giving.

That alone is not enough to grow and have a stronger and more valuable community that includes everyone and provides enough confidence to attract others to invest and help with the necessary push to get off the dirt road.
