The fault lies with the other - La culpa es del otro
Many of you probably don't know who Tato Bores was.
He was an exceptional comedian who gave anthological monologues that remain in force despite the fact that more than 35 years have passed since his last performance. For those who see some of those diatribes on YouTube today, they might think that it was written a week ago, it is not surprising in an Argentina where everything seems to be part of a carousel where the most beautiful horse leaves, but reappears in a short time as if would never really have gone.
In the same way today we suffer from power outages that come back like a bad dream every summer; It's Groundhog Day and all that's missing is the radio alarm clock playing the same music when we wake up.
But as Tato said, the fault lies with the other and the ingenious government found a new culprit to pin the blackouts this summer 2022 edition on: they are the cryptocurrency miners.
That's right, the national government that does not have an energy policy, that does not invest in improving the network, that subsidizes energy for all without distinction while setting the rates of generating and distributing companies, believes that the fault of the madness lies with the farms of cryptocurrencies in the country.
They suspect that cryptocurrency mining generates excessive electricity consumption and that overheats the system that collapses due to the high demand and unbearable heat of recent days. Therefore, they want to know what happens with the large mining farms and the idea is to charge them a differential rate, although they do not clarify if it will be used to improve the system. They also clarify that they are not looking for small miners who carry out this task at home, for them, there will be no increases.
As far as I know, there are no large mining farms in the country, at least none declared as such, if there are some projects, including one that I have already written about that is well planned and will be set up in the facilities of a company generating company investing in new equipment to obtain the energy calculated for its operation outside the national interconnected system and not to hinder the supply committed by it to the government.
Meanwhile, the government's denunciation serves to once again throw the ball out, so that the other takes charge of the backwardness, the ineffectiveness, and the tiredness of the people.
As Tato would say, how unfortunate the other turned out to be.

Fue un humorista excepcional que daba monólogos antológicos que persisten en vigencia pese a que pasaron más de 35 años desde su última actuación. Para quien ve hoy en YouTube algunas de esas diatribas podrían pensar que fue escrito una semana atrás, no es sorprendente en una Argentina donde todo parece formar parte de un carrusel donde el caballo más lindo se va, pero vuelve a aparecer en poco tiempo como si realmente nunca se hubiera ido.
De igual forma hoy sufrimos por los cortes de luz que vuelven como un mal sueño cada verano; es el Día de la Marmota y solo falta el radio despertador sonando con la misma música al levantarnos.
Pero como decía Tato, la culpa es del otro y el ingenioso gobierno encontró un nuevo culpable a quien endilgarle los apagones de este verano edición 2022: son los mineros de criptomonedas.
Así es, el gobierno nacional que no tiene una política energética, que no invierte en mejorar la red, que subsidia la energía para todos sin distinción mientras fija las tarifas de empresas generadoras y distribuidoras, cree que la culpa del desquicio es de las granjas de criptomonedas que hay en el país.
Sospechan que el minado de criptomonedas genera un consumo excesivo de electricidad y eso recalienta el sistema que colapsa por la alta demanda y el calor insoportable de los últimos días. Por lo tanto, desean conocer que ocurre con las grandes granjas de minería y la idea es cobrarles una tarifa diferencial, aunque no aclaran si la misma será utilizada para mejorar el sistema. También aclaran que no buscan a los pequeños mineros que realizan esa tarea en forma hogareña, para ellos no habrá aumentos.
Por lo que yo sé, en el país no hay grandes granjas de minería, al menos no hay declaradas como tales, si hay algunos proyectos, inclusive uno sobre el que ya he escrito que está bien planificado y se montará en las instalaciones de una empresa generadora invirtiendo en nuevos equipos para obtener la energía calculada para su funcionamiento por fuera del sistema interconectado nacional y para no entorpecer el suministro comprometido por ésta con el gobierno.
Mientras tanto la denuncia del gobierno sirve para tirar una vez más la pelota afuera, para que el otro se haga cargo del atraso, de la inoperancia y del hartazgo de la gente.
Como diría Tato, que desgraciado resultó ser el otro.

Totalmente de acuerdo con vos soy argentino y Tato al igual que Enrique Pinti anticiparon todo esto hace mas de un par de decadas dos genios que vivian y veian la realidad
