Hello friends of this community,
I want to share with you some photos I took yesterday. Those who follow me here on Steemit know how much I enjoy going for walks in nature, and I am fortunate that in my country, there are still untouched corners where nature reigns supreme. Near my home, there are small hills called "Colli Berici," where you can find these pristine paths, untouched by humans.

Yesterday was indeed a hot day. I set off in the morning, trying to take advantage of the little coolness that was there. By 8:00 AM, it was already about 30 degrees, which is quite a lot even for this time of the year, considering we are in the middle of summer. However, I wanted to reach a village called Villaga, which was about seven and a half kilometers away from where I parked my car.

It was a beautiful walk, and it took me about an hour and a half to cover these kilometers. I went very slowly, not only because of the heat but also because I wanted to stop occasionally to admire the panorama. From those hills, you can practically see a beautiful view that extends all the way to the Euganean Hills, which are closer to the famous city of Padua.

During my walk, I also saw a vehicle, probably once used by the firefighters, parked in a field. I think it is no longer in use, and it was a vehicle produced by the Mercedes car company.
As you can see during my journey along the trail, there are various crops, with the most common being vineyards because this area produces a lot of wine. The other cultivation that was once predominant in these hills is undoubtedly olive trees, and here, they produce excellent extra virgin olive oil.

Along my route, I practically didn't encounter any other hikers, as I was saying, these are not only well-known places from a tourist perspective or among trekking enthusiasts. I honestly like it that way because it allows me to have a more direct connection with nature.

Thank you for reading this post; I hope you enjoyed the photos I took and that they somehow virtually transported you with me to this place. See you in the next post, which I will publish very soon.
Have a great day, everyone!!
