Sally was devastated after seeing false claims about her being shared on public web forums. She had been very successful due to her quality of work and the effort she put in. However when an article about her in a public forum was being made known to her, she could handle it.

Claims saying that she can be successful is due to her giving special favours to her supervisors and ended up giving special treatment. She knew these claims weren't true but knowing that many people whom visited the web forum daily would have seen that post, she was worried and don't know how to face others.

Her supervisor alongside with her department head called her into a room to have a talk. They were very quick to affirm Sally of her credentials and the good reputation she accumulated over the years. Her supervisor then said, "Sally you are a good worker and we have no doubts about it. These online web forum post were left by people whom only had courage from the keyboard. Don't mind them, such claims that had no basis will just dissipate. Focus on your work and we have absolute faith in you. If you need a short break to recover, just let us know."
