The boss of the company stormed into the company and summoned all the management to see him in the board room. When all that he required is seated in the board room. He started verbally lashing out every single of one them. Everyone had a lapse in leading up to the big blunder that happened over the weekend.

The reason for the uproar from the boss and lashing out deadly words to his management is due to a severe supply chain break that lead to many business function to have difficulty operating. What came out from an assumption that shipment is always on time to not paying attention to regional political tension that resulted severe lack of a particular raw material and over committing to downstream clients to meet their increased demand of the product.

Everything is falling apart and instruction from the boss is that the management go sort it out and get back to him on the latest mitigation status by the end of the day.
