5 Minute Freewrite - Don't Worry
All, doing a 5 minute freewrite. Thank you for reading.
Sarah had always been a worrier. She worried about her job, her relationships, her health, and even the weather. Her friends and family would always tell her, "Don't worry, Sarah, everything will be okay." But she could never shake the feeling of unease.
One day, Sarah's car broke down on the side of the road. She panicked, wondering how she would get to work on time. She called her friend, who said, "Don't worry, I'll come pick you up."
As they drove to work together, Sarah's friend told her a story about a time when she was in a similar situation. She had worried and stressed, but in the end, everything worked out just fine.
Sarah realized that her friend was right. Things always seemed to work out in the end, even if they didn't go exactly as planned. From that day on, whenever Sarah felt the familiar feeling of worry creeping up, she would take a deep breath and remind herself, "Don't worry, everything will be okay."
