5 Minute Freewrite - Miserable Looking Kitten

It was a Sunday afternoon and Betty was out at the mall for some weekend shopping. After walking through almost the whole mall, she walked past the pet shop. And on the counter, there was a basket with a few kittens in it.

Betty went closer and take a look then she spotted a miserable looking kitten. Compared to its peers, it just had a look that is different. It was so unique that Betty thought of becoming its new owner. She sought the price from the shopkeeper, paid the money and brought this cute little kitten home.

Betty and the kitten become really close, whenever Betty reaches home, the kitten will run to her and run itself against her legs. And it's because of this closeness, over the years, this kitten no longer had that miserable look, now it look jovial and playful.
