Forest of Light.
After clearing a group of demons, I ascended to a height guarded by more demons. My attempt to cleanse the torii gate was interrupted by a Shine Dancer, but I eventually cleared the fog. Finally, I discovered a treasure and reached a beautiful gathering of floating spirits.

I thought there was only a Marionette around after taking down the demon last time, but there was another of that kind demon backing her up from the back. I took care of the demon first in stealth.

Then I noticed the Marionette was alone, who seemed like she realized I was there, but she was too lazy to look back. I stayed crouched behind her, waiting for the perfect window to close the distance without making a sound and then I took this chance to take her down in stealth.

I climbed up some stairs to reach the higher maintenance deck and found two more demons guarding that place. I took down a Rain Slasher first, yeah, in stealth, though she almost noticed me.

Then I went for this specialty one, who was lurking around the corner. I moved through the narrow gap to stay out of its vision. I took him down in a stealth move, ensuring the area was completely secured before I turned my attention toward the torii gate.

At last I went for the torii gate, and right when I was cleansing it, hoping there were no demons around, things took a dark turn. Suddenly this Shine Dancer appeared with a scary laugh and started attacking me.

Now I had to take cover against the fireballs of the Shine Dancer. After taking it down with a series of well-timed elemental weaves, I finally cleansed the torii gate.

The thick fog around disappeared along with the flocks of crows, revealing the clear shrine once again in the moonlight.

I went inside the small temple structure to check if there were any prizes for me after such a difficult battle. And I only found a bracelet that I equipped immediately.

When I thought I had to cleanse a lot more gates before getting to the light source, I noticed I was actually close to the main objective. And when I reached the spot, it looked like thousands of tiny lights, just like fireflies in the forest, dancing in the air.

Akito got confused seeing these lights that are floating and asked what they could possibly be in such a corrupted place. KK mentioned they are the spirits that the Hannya are gathering all this time for their grand ritual.

It was a smart move to stay crouched behind that lazy Marionette. Even when an enemy seems unaware, one wrong step can alert the whole deck.
Great job staying cool during the Shine Dancer fight. I love how you're sharing dialogues between Akito and KK.

The ending with the fog clearing those floating spirits seemed beautiful and mysterious. That was a tense fight that gave the whole sequence a really cinematic feel.

Climbing up and clearing those two demons on the maintenance deck kept that stealth momentum going. Especially that close call with the Rain Slasher was a nice recovery there.
