A Crimson Kuchisake.

Fighting through waves of Students and Rain Slashers at the shrine, I faced a terrifying Crimson Kuchisake. After two swift defeats, a stun talisman provided the necessary opening to conquer her. With the arena cleared, KK warned that the surrounding soul-reaping fog required a special method to bypass safely.
The battle in the shrine started with some students of Miseries and Students of Pain. And then there came some Rain Slashers along with some normal demons to fight me in the next wave.
But at the third wave, there came a Crimson Kuchisake, that was a lot more powerful than a regular Kuchisake, and she was a lot more scary in looks as well.
Yeah, the Crimson Kuchisake took me down right after she appeared in the arena. So I had to start the fight from the beginning, watching the spirit energy dissipate as the screen reset to the checkpoint.
I was fighting those demons quite good till the Crimson Kuchisake came over and take me down once again with her aggressive dash attack before I could react.
I was not giving up so easily at the third try. And this time I was ready with a talisman that struck her for a moment, which bought me the time I needed at the initial stage.
Then I just kept moving from one side to another to regenerate my health by eating stuffs while I kept attacking her with everything I had. And at last, I took her down with much hardships, by exposing and shattering her core with a final wire pull.
With the Crimson Kuchisake gone, KK mentioned if they're gonna show up, he wished they would just let them know in advance. And then they noticed they were not going to be able to get anywhere near that cyclone, as the whole area is covered in fog, KK mentioning it will rip their souls clean out if they go blundering around in there.
After knowing the consequences, they decided to cut straight through, and then I cleansed that Torii gate while KK mentioned Rinko and the others came up with a way to cut through the fog, as Akito was confused how they'd do it.
After getting out of the shrine, I grappled on a Tengu to get on top of a rooftop to check around, after transferring some souls through a telephone booth that I had in hold.

That Crimson Kuchisake fight was the most interesting part of the post. Getting defeated twice and then coming back with the stun talisman to finally beat her made the victory feel well deserved. Her appearance was really scary too. Now I'm curious to see how you'll get through that deadly fog in the next part.
Not in the next part, I should need more time to get through the fog.
Third time is the charm. Throwing down that stun talisman to freeze her in her tracks did the click for you, though you had to adapt to the situation next as well.
Even the talisman failed at the last moment, but yeah it was helpful.
KK out here casually wishing the supernatural horror demons would just send a calendar invite before attacking you. You did well taking down the powerful demon at last.

Hearing that the surrounding fog will literally rip your soul clean out is a pretty solid reason to look for a special bypass method.
Yeah, now it became a mandatory program.
