Hello everyone!
Hope you all are doing great.Today i was just walking by my green onions that i planted in my lawn and decided to make a green onion sabzi(a pakistani recipe)for you guys.

Green onions are very rich in nutrients and contains many antioxidant properties that protect our cells from the damage caused by free radicals. This recipe is very simple and easy to make and only contains 3 4 ingredients easily avaliable in everyone's home.

ingredients

The ingredients that you need includes
1)2 medium sized onions
2)a garlic cloves
3)2 tomatoes
4)some freshly harvested green onions.

The process

Firstly,I chopped all the vegetables and washed them(wash your green onions multiple times cause they contains mud and sometimes insects)

3)Then i added my green onions and covered them for almost 10 minutes to let them cook in their own water. After their are 90% cooked i removed the lid and cooked it for 5 minutes more and they are ready.

Hi @huma-khan

I see that this is your first time publishing in this community, which is why perhaps you don't know that you must appear in photos (your face) making your recipes. This applies to Plant Power (Vegan), but it also applies to my other Amazing Drinks community, and the community I run: Foodies Bee Hive.

Take this requirement into consideration for your future posts.

Greetings

This being the case, you will have no problem appearing in all the publications (your face), making the recipes. Surely @hivepakistan knows that each community is autonomous, and with its own rules.
