Hello hivers.Hope you all are doing great and enjoying your Sundays. As we all know its ramzan and making samosas is in my daily routine nowadays. So i thought to be creative and shared my samosa recipe with you guys so you can also try them.
(

I personally don't eat my samosa in iftar.I save it and enjoy it with ketchup at 10pm and it tastes so good.
Samosa's are so easy to make and you need some very basic ingredients so let's get into the recipe .

ingredients you need

1)boiled potatoes
2)spices
3)all purpose flour

The process

1)First we will boil our potatoes for 15 to 30 minutes and let them sit for some time until they are cool.

2)Now we will mash our potatoes and add some chilli powder, salt and some mint.

3)Now our filling in done so we will now work on our dough.
Firstly we need to mix all purpose flour with some cooking oil and salt and mix that all and let it sit for 30 minutes.

4)Now we will make little balls from the dough and stretch it.

5)Now we will.cut the dough in half and add our mix to the dough and wrap it to make a samosa.

6)Now we will cook it in hot oil until its crispy on both sides and its ready.

Hope you guys liked my post. Details of how to wrap your samosa is in my video so watch it now.
See you soon
Bye Bye 💞 👋
Take care

The pics are so teasing for the person who is foodie but is in fast😂
Well it is much better to prepare wontons in home rather than buying unhealthy ones from outside. Atleast in home we are guaranteed of cleanliness.
