This is not much of process pictures so I don't bore you with my long notes today,so how did I start this?
When you look at the face,it is multicolored,I mean reflects alot of colour than the usual skin tone,as a result of light, shade and shadow according to the reference though,so what I just did was add yellow first as the background colour, lay a bit of orange to where it's needed, orange, brown and pink...trust me thats alot to do with, combining colours evenly to get one colour upon the eyes

The eyebrows were done and lined with white pencil just exactly as if you adding concealer to the brows when doing make-up
The lip is the most interesting, projecting and attractive part for me,I love the colour pop n mix, reflection of light,it was done with careful observation and treating

The hair was treated as well with a wavy and curly shading of black pen and touches of white pencil, outlining the curly edges of the hair

The original cloth was a single colour but I just wanted something more colourful so I decided to make it multicolored which turned out well and the folds...that's a clear difference between photograph and artwork

Thanks for checking.
