PPL workout - PUSH
Hello everyone !
Back to business with a serious chest/shoulders session. Again a bit more of callisthenics to be expected to fulfil my objectives.
On the menu:
- inclined push-ups 5x12-15
- crow pose hold 5x30-45sec
- shoulders press 5x12-15
- pseudo plank push-ups 5x8-12
- lateral raises 5x10-12
