A healthy and delicious smoothie with kiwi fruit [ENG-ESP]

Greetings dear friends of Amazing Drinks. Do you want to try a smoothie that combines sweetness with acid and also helps you protect your immune system while giving you a good dose of fiber. If so, then all you have to do is do what I did, blend kiwi, pineapple and green apple.
Kiwi is a delicious fruit, I like to eat it in pieces, but in a smoothie it has an exceptional flavor and not only that, it provides a creamy consistency that I like to enjoy. I already had a few slices of pineapple in my fridge, so I decided to combine them with kiwi and to add an important touch of fiber I added a green apple.


This smoothie was delicious, no sugar is needed, no need to strain (you can do it), so I enjoyed a drink with anti-inflammatory properties thanks to the kiwi, in addition to the ones I already mentioned. In short, a lot of vitamin C in just one glass, well two, because that's what I got with the amount of ingredients I used.
Ingredients
- 100 grs of pineapple cut in small pieces
- 1 green apple of 100 grs
- 1 kiwi of 120 grs
- 350 ml of water

Preparation
1.-. Colocamos en la licuadora los trocitos de piña.

2.- Lavamos las otras frutas, el kiwi y la manzana. Le retiramos la piel al kiwi y lo cortamos en trozos. A la manzana le retiramos el tallo, las semillas y la cortamos en trocitos.

3.- Agregamos la fruta a la licuadora, agregamos el agua y licuamos por 30 segundos.

Servimos el smoothie, toda una delicia saludable.

Saludos estimados amigos de Amazing Drinks. Quieres probar un smoothie que combine lo dulce con el ácido y además te ayude a proteger tu sistema inmunológico mientras te aporta una buena dosis de fibra?. Si es así, entonces solo debes hacer lo mismo que yo, mezclar kiwi, piña y manzana verde.
El kiwi es una fruta deliciosa, me gusta comerla en trozos, pero en smoothie tiene un sabor excepcional y no solo eso, aporta una consistencia cremosa que me gusta disfrutar. Ya tenía en mi refri unas cuantas rodajas de piña, así que se ocurrió combinarlas con kiwi y para aportarle un toque importante de fibra le agregué una manzana verde.


Este smoothie quedó delicioso, no le hace falta azúcar, no hizo falta colar (pueden hacerlo), así que disfruté de una bebida saldable con propiedades antiinflamatorias gracias al kiwi, además de las que ya mencioné. En resumen, mucha vitamina C en un solo vaso, bueno dos, porque fue lo que obtuve con la cantidad de ingredientes que he utilizado.
