I was looking, searching high and low for super easy brownie recipe, because I love brownie yet I prefer those fast easy, and less mess recipe. Guess what? I found one!!! This can be done in one mixing bowl, mix, mix, stir, stir, beat, beat and bake. Voila!

Ingredients

• 10 Tablespoon unsalted butter
• 1 1/4 cups brown sugar (or sugar of your choice)
• 3/4 cups plus 2 Tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 2 COLD eggs
• 1/2 cups multipurpose flour (or glutenfree flour if you need to be gluten-free)
• top with any nuts or seed (optional)

Steps

Sorry guys for this round, I didn't take any photo of the spread of ingredients as well as the steps. It was late night baking, and I just rushed baking it to ensure the boys did not sleep too late.

1. Melt the butter together with sugar, cocoa powder and salt in a microwaveable mixing bowl. In the recipe, suppose to use double boiling way, but I wanted to be fast, so I microwaved it. When melted, give the mixture a good stir.
2. Add in vanilla extract, followed by eggs, one at a time. Remember to beat vigorously at this point of adding eggs.
3. Add in flour, mix well, also beat vigorously around 40-50 strokes, ensure batter become thick and was pulling from the side when you beat. Arms exercise as well. Lol..
4. Pour into 8"x 8" pan. Give the top some swirl with spoon or fork. I then top with almond flakes. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes at 180°C.
5. Cut and Enjoy!
