Garlic Oil Soy Sauce Noodle / Gluten Free

Since we brought back remainder 'wonton' soup from aunt's house, we decided to have noodles for dinner, just for a change as we had been eating rice, rice and rice almost daily. A very simple dish to make, even my son could make it with some help and guidance. I used gluten-free noodles I brought the other day. And also this was our first time using gluten-free soy sauce as well. A very yummy delicious soy sauce noodle with the 'wonton' soup, both sons ate till their plate squeaky clean.

The secret ingredients for this was no secret at all. It was the fragrant garlic oil, combo with soy sauce. Very easy to made, chopped some garlic, and I added onions too for extra fragrant. Slightly fry them in oil. Pour the oil into a plate, drizzled with the gluten-free soy sauce.

We are on the journey of getting Jansen to be gluten-free for few months and see will his cyclic abdominal pain be lesser, hence some gluten-free groceries we did. I just bought the gluten free soy sauce and gluten-free noodles.

This round, I used the plain rice noodle. Cook it according to instruction.

Once cooked and soft, put the noodles into the soy sauce garlic oil plate, tossed and mixed then well blended. I also fry egg on the pan, cut them to slices to top with the noodles.

The boys really really love this meal as it was something extraordinary to them. Like such a simple dry noodle with eggs, with 'wonton' soup. To them, it was luxury. Simple things make children happy. They happy, I happy.

❤️Love from me❤️

Yummy! Looks so delicious -- I can almost smell the garlic and onions!

Never seen or eaten pumpkin noodles before. Sounds healthy. The wonton soup looks good too. I'm a big fan of hot and sour soup. Do you ever make that?🍲🍜👩‍🍳🍜🍲

I hope the gluten-free diet helps make your abdominal pains go away!🌹
