Hello, hello 👋 It's finally here.. Christmas Day! 🎄 Compared to folks from the West, it seems like I'm from the future. 😆 My day is actually halfway done.. around six more hours then my day is over. Decided to work on this post first so I could do more relaxing later. 😅

That's me sending you all a Merry Christmas greeting. Took that video on the rooftop so you'll have some idea what it looks up there. It's been a warm two days here. Missed the splashing of the rooftop yesterday as there was some party going on there, and I did not want to see lots of other folks. Thankfully, it's pretty quiet today so I could do my daily cooling task there. Just saw some neighbors who turned out to be drying some mattress and rags / doormats on the rooftop. Yeah it's that HOT here. 😂 No doubt they would be dry in no time.

I'm on a twelve-day vacation right now. I plan to make each day productive yet make it a point to catch up on my needed rest. Plus it would be a chance to do some changes around the flat. I do need to do a lot more clearing out. One task at a time.. so I would not get overwhelmed at all. 😜 I enjoyed the sparkling white grape drink the night before last. Glad I opened up the bottle as I got a surprise visit last night from my brother and niece. They stayed a while and I got to offer them this yummy drink as I introduced them to the KPop Demon Hunters movie. 😆 Turned out they have not seen it yet. Well, I'd say they pretty much got invested in the movie and only left when the movie was done. 🤣 Not bad for welcoming Christmas huh? Now that was really unexpected this year. Sometimes a good surprise can be truly welcome.

Look! I've made progress with my steps these past two days. I'm doing my best to move around more here and there. I'm pushing for my daily 5K steps goal. Let's say I'm starting with it right now. I do want to be able to walk more with ease. I still feel pain now and then, so resting in between activities is a must. Basically, I just need to find the balance between activity and rest. 🙏❤️💡

I suppose you could say this is the time of year when we connect our past, present, and future. Remember that A Christmas Carol movie on the ghosts of Christmas past, present, and future? At least that's what comes to my mind about this quote. I suppose it's the perfect time to do some reflections on the happenings in our lives. I personally try to balance escape and reality. I mean it's great to be lost in movies and series but that does not really help much when planning for the here and now and what could be up ahead esp. with another year coming. Honestly, all I want right now is to learn from the mistakes of years past, become wiser and more mindful, and have a better year ahead -- whatever that better would be. I'm a work in progress. I'd say a little progress is way better than none at all. 🙏❤️💡

Counting down the end of another month.. and another year.. six days and counting.. may each one of us make each passing day count. That's definitely better than simply counting days. 😆

I actively work on these affiliate sites daily. Right now I'm halfway to $3 on LL. That's my goal for the moment. I'd love to reach another payout soonest.

I know I'm on vacation at the moment, but I still look forward to every weekend. Right now, I wish I can slow down time a bit so I could enjoy more of my year end break. My break from work is pretty much far apart so I'm in no hurry yet to get back to day work. 😛 Well have yourself a merry, merry Christmas! Nighty night from Manila. Ta-tah! 👋
